Horrible. Couldn't make mobile payment. Asked many staff to help but not work.
App is painfully slow, so it is ridiculously troublesome whenever we need to pay for stuff. The map also keeps rotating while I am using it. The app is completely unusable. Please employ proper devs, UXDs, and PMs, and fire all of the current ones.
For such a large corporation, this app is disappointing in so many ways. Its very slow to load, I wish there was a search function to find certain rides or popcorn stands; instead you must painfully scroll through the list wasting more of your time. And if you exit the app to reply to a text message , be prepared to wait all over again! Hopefully the dev team is reading this.... id give this app a 0/5 stars if I could. Once we finish our visit, rest assured this app is headed to the rubbish bins
One of the worst apps I've ever used. The design and implementation is absolutely horrible. The page load errors waste a good deal of your day. The app is not intuitive and there are whole sections that add no value. They need a weekly user guide of how to use the app in the current state, as Disney keeps changing which fast passes, priority, DPA, 40th anniversary, "entry request" of the day they'll use. The map flips and rotates if you accidentally navigate too close to the neighboring park.
Get rid of that stupid loading screen, and the app is great. it's just draining battery for nothing
its impossible to reserve restaurant. very sad guests here. App consume alot of power and often need to retype information for restaurant booking etc.
overly complicated, terrible to navigate. rides become no longer available for booking or purchase. the monorail ride, you have to pay extra for. it is nickel and diming the customer to no end. it is sad the corporate attitude has taken over what was a creative experience.
This app is borderline unusable. I can't even buy tickets because it will not let me change the pronunciation of my name. I put it in the way they want it and it refuses to save and it will not let me buy tickets without it.
app crashes like 40 times just during the morning. it loads very very slow. worst app ever. they should spend more money and time to make it bug free instead of making the app load slower. paper map is probably better than this piece of app.
Park is good. But the wait time on most of the ride is 2 to 3 hours. Just wait wait and wait. You pay just to wait in the queue. They sell nearly 100 thousands ticket daily. Too much crowd. They must limit the daily number of people. Disappointing experience
worst park app globally. universal Japan's is so much better it was almost painful to visit this park afterwards. GPS is inaccurate and barely works. no wifi in the park (just the entrance) and bad connection all around so can't even rely on your mobile data. only "enjoyed" ordering food through this app and even that was a challenge
Horribly unoptimized, the app is extremely reliant on server-sided operations meaning you need network connections to use it. The mobile connectivity is very spotty and the park does not offer any free wifi other than at the park entrance, so basically using the app anywhere else is a crapshoot. Even with a working network connection expect very laggy and clunky operations as the app is just made poorly.
I feel ripped off, if you buy the tickets though another source, its impossible to buy the priority access tickets through the app, which youre prone to do as the app sucks. whoever decided to link your tickets by a qr code instead of by email, needs to stay as far away from any higher positions as possible. such incompetence needs to be studied. I should not have to carry around two phones to use this dogwater app.

Essential app yet terrible functionality. Would be great if there was a planner or wishlist section so you can pre-plan the things you want to do and not drain battery and use excess data on the day (there is no park wifi). App is very slow to load and crashes.

I didn't even pass the login after multiple attempts over 2 months cos the code never arrived to my mailbox. it's infuriating and frustrating. what a poor start to our Disney adventure - and we haven't even stepped into the park yet 🤷🏻

App errored out when ordering tickets. too bad the park forces you to buy the tickets through the app. I guess android users need to find a different theme park now.
TAKE A BATTERY BANK This app is a necessary for visiting the park however it will drain your battery by lunch if not sooner (Samsung Ultra 25+). Take a battery bank. The start up is slow and the initial screen has clouds that have a skip button but this doesn't make it any faster. if your phone goes flat it will ruin your Disney experience.

The worst experience was very lagging very misguiding. Automatically easy move on Disney land and Disney sea locations. very very very very worst selling too much ticket very ride have 2 hr , 3hr waiting time . I visited Disney 4 times in the last two years but still the pirates of the Caribbean ride are maintenance. Disney cheating everyone. I tried Disney premium access to the rides and shows also not available at the moment. why waste my entry ticket money in Disney management?

2025 still an issue: If your phone has any English on it even if it's a contracted Japanese Cell Phone it will default to English with no option to change language and locks you out of most features. even if you live here as a permanent resident or citizen it will lock you out. Terrible design choice.

The map keeps spinning around, making it absolutely infuriating for navigation... startup is stupidly long too and it randomly closes if you navigate away, forcing you to go through the whole map zooming load thing again.
Just ruins the experience. Thats the short reason for the one star. Specifically, the app is unstable and constantly needs to be closed and re-opened to provide accurate ride information. The app is also slow and poorly laid out. You end up spending more time trying to get information from the app than enjoying the park and attractions.
The app glitches too much and is constantly kicking me to the initial loading screen. It is frustrating to try to purchase anything through the app, and yet they make it m mandatory for ordering from restaurants. Very frustrating

poor app constantly crashes the food ordering system simply does not work the app constantly flicks to the wrong resort even though you've only bought tickets for 1 the fast pass system is terrible it keeps saying it's available then goes away and tells you to reselect for a multi billion £ company they need to up their game.

Terrible app. NEEDS search functionality, and tickets/purchases kept disappearing from our phones to the original ticket buyer. Leaving us to need all tickets/fast passes scanned through the one phone, instead of separate phones.
worst app. not user friendly every time you open it will have to reload. you will always have to keep ur location on which drains ur battery. The map keeps rotating when u zoom in which is very confusing. Finding restaurants is difficult, it shows time out and reloads from start. very slow to load page and to top it u will have to store credit card info in app. The only good thing is u can buy priority access on the go For a resort which has thousands of guests every day, this app is so bad.
