Tomplay Sheet Music

The Tomplay app for Microsoft devices is not compatible with a Surface pen, so annotations/note taking doesn't work.

Musically, I like this app. But administration leaves much to be desired. This morning I've tried to upgrade from Monthly to Annually, and it appears to be impossible. I suspect the software has been written by an amateur. I have spent several hours on this issue, and have had no luck. Frankly, its not worth spending another minute on this.

I don't know what the problem is but it will not even open on my phone... I click on the app and it takes me straight back to the Play store. it will not open at all...

predatory subscription service. no notification for billing. cancellation is unnecessarily difficult to navigate

Only offers 4 or 5 free songs, the rest you have to pay for.

Don't expect them to answer your emails. They won't. Very poor customer service.

why did you did this to the app and I will won't contact support and please don't write it was amazing but now instalation error and not responding

Had to give this two stars. Using it for my son to learn songs on his piano. It needs midi control. Using Samsung S7 Ultra Tablet and microphone doesn't pick up higher notes well. Will not buy a year subscription because of this.

I purchased a score for my daughter less than 2 weeks ago. I log in the day of her performance, and the score is gone and asking me to purchase again. So now I have no choice but to repurchase it because I have not received a reponse yet. I will be sure to try a different source for future music sheet needs to make sure I'm not in this predicament again.
