I have placed an order on 21st June by paying an advance of 5800 that is 10% of the total order,still it's showing processing and even writing to support team I am not getting any timeline or refund,if they don't have products in stock it shouldn't be available to buy on the page, please don't buy from Toolsvilla better go to a shop and buy where you have things in your control.

Very Very bad experience. I will not again order anything again. Ordered a product one month ago, not yet delivered.
the app support system is disgusting i purchased a product but the product was damaged and malfunctioning i raised the concern on same day of delivery but no response neither there is any contact number in app there is only one email which they do not reply to
Very worst delivery experience i have order in 25 june but not shipped after 10 days also and i have trying too many calls regarding my order but no one properly respond .
i ordered ingco cordless drill machine 55nm 2450/- but it recived different model and i continually contact with costumer support team but they didn't respond it's totally bad experience with toolsvila app
Worst service. Once you pay, there's no proper option to cancel or get a refund. Even after payment, they may not ship the product, and if you cancel, your money isn't refunded. I've already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and am proceeding to consumer court. I also received a damaged product, sent video proof, and they took it back, but there's still no replacement or refund. Very poor customer support. edit: last 30 days they are called me around 3 times till now not re

Main Toolsvilla ke khilaaf kanooni kaarwahi karunga ye ek froud app hai. maine 13/6/26 ko solar charge controller order kiya jiska price 601 rupee tha, product delivery nhi kiya gaya aur 23/6/26 ko return ho gaya lekin aaj 1/7/26 aa gaya abhi tak mere paise return nhi kiya gaya jabki mujhe customer care ke taraf se 3 se 5 days mein return ka aashwashan diya tha.
don't buy anything very bad service wrong item received. item returned more than 25 days now refund not received don't deal with them
