무슨 시작화면에 광고 안누르면 서비스이용을 못하게 하는 무료앱같은 과정을 넣어놨죠? 신용점수 볼려면 계좌계설 하라구요?
슈퍼앱의 단점 : 용량은 더럽게 큰데 실제로 쓰는 메뉴 찾는데 한 세월. 특히 광고 면으로의 자동 스크롤은 토스가 지향하는 UX 철학과 일치하는 것이 맞습니까?
만보기 쇼핑 이런걸로 사용자 앱 체류 기간 늘리려는 시도는 알겠는데 은행 앱의 본분을 좀 지켜줬으면 좋겠습니다. 만보기 앱 때문에 사용자 경험이 나락으로 내려가고 있어요. 토스가 지금껏 쌓아온 브랜드 이미지를 지 손으로 실추시키네요.

Absolute bollocks it's half in English but half in Korea. here's an idea: allow the user to choose Korean or English....then create an interface that's entirely in the language which is chosen

asks for access to bank acount information like ac number, transaction history and a whole lot more. they sell this data which is how they can afford you 'pay you' if its too good to be true, it probably is. if its free, you are the product
The app wants to get all my bank transactions and payee details. Why is that even necessary? So creepy.

took me a week to make $1. the ads lie the last in the ad said she walked for 40min made enough money to pay for her coffee and breakfast. LIES. I do about 10k steps a day while working but this app makes almost nothing. it's really not worth it even after you unlock the 2000 step reward after 7 days.

I'm doing everything to verify the hell out of my account. The photos are clear as hell when the app gives me a fighting chance. It keeps refusing my driver licence photos even when they're clear!
앱 시작시 나타나는 홍보성 팝업 매우 거슬림. 찰나의 순간때문에 중요한 기회를 놓치게 만듬. 쓸데 없는 쇼핑메뉴는 누구 머리에서 나온거냐. 토스룰 왜 쇼핑플랫폼으로 만드려 하는건데. 쓸데없는 팝업 띄우고 욕먹는게 좋나.

I have money to pay for my bills but I can't use it. They checked my ID last week . This week also checking again.
The app was working fine, but now it requires verification with an ID, but whenever I try take a picture through the app. The app freezes leaving me unable to verify and leaving restriction access to my account. The chat tech and customer help center do not use English even though ChatGPT could easily solve this...
Recently launched in the Australian market, and I had high hopes after hearing great things about their service in Korea. But why on earth would you put a Temu ad right next to my private bank account information? It destroys any sense of security. Such a let down. Pathetic!
This app is extremely unreliable. I encountered multiple errors while trying to scan and transfer money via TMoney, and the transaction process completely failed. What is worse, the money was deducted but never properly transferred.

진짜열받네요 여러모로 토스앱잘쓰고있었고 정말 쇼핑도유용하고 정리가잘되있어서 좋았는데.. 제 유일한낙이 고양이키워서메가커피마시는거였는데 안눌렀다고 합쳐서 300개정도됬던걸로기억하는데 새싹과 먹이를 한번에 없앱니까? 24시간전에 안쓰면 아예 없애버리는제도를 도입? ㅡㅡ 이게 뭔 사기꾼같은 의도인지 정말 화가나네요 고양이키우려고 쇼핑더많이하고 일부러 토스앱으로연결해서구매하고 했는데 이런식으로 사기꾼같이 하시면 안되는거아닌가요 ? 안눌렀으면 제도가바뀌기전한번은 우선 그전에있던먹이를 다 고양이에게 먹여주는 자동법을 적용하셨어야 하는거아닌가요 진짜 기분나빠서 토스쓸맛떨어지네요 진짜이런식으로 소비자기만하지마세요

My experience was very disappointing. My account and access were suddenly blocked, and despite repeated attempts, CS intentionally refused to provide a clear explanation. No matter how much I asked, they did not share the reasons or solutions. Users should be aware and cautious that their accounts can be blocked without notice, and the basic transparency they deserve by law. Response to Toss: Either chat or email, you're suggesting methods that I've already tried and got disappointed with!
