Been using this App for a few years. Recent update has made it hard to use. Much better the old style. You now have to scroll through to the date required if you want to book a lesson in, where as before you could actually see a calendar. Now i have to have the calendar app open and then collate the date when booking in a lesson. Why doesn't anyone think of this when redesigning the interface and features. Quite annoyed actually.
they removed the calender to a scrolling date interface. Counterintuitive.

keeps saying "select syllabus" but when I press it nothing comes up ... customer service also awful

Seems like it was installed by a hacker. When I saw what it was, I had no use for it.

really great app, im revising for my theory test at the moment and the hazard perception mock tests seem like a great tool, but when i complete them and ask to see what i got wrong, the app restarts and goes to the homepage instead of showing me how to improve, hopefully it can be fixed in time for me to be able to use it
An awful experience, the tutor is a liar, insincere, lacks quality in delivery, always lookfor ways to cancel lessons and don't refund the money. Avoid her
The application lacks user-friendly features for managing lessons. It fails to notify users when they are approaching their lesson limit and does not provide an option to cancel lessons through the app in case of schedule changes.
Only works when I want to know when my next driving lesson is. I've managed to use the paid theory test practice a few times, but the majority of the time it kicks me off the app and I can't use it for a days until it's back up, not useful especially since I have my test coming up.

Ive downloaded this a few times but when i start to open it it says app closed and doesnt work
App applies a hidden booking charge to payments for lessons which should blatantly be covered by the instructor.
Can't even edit my profile. My mobile number isn't correct. I can't even use the app on my tablet. I cannot change password as my actual mobile number, is not recognised. So I'm stuck with the app on my mobile. Can't log outfrom it as I might not able to sign back in. Not that bril for student. No help in the app.
I can't access any driving school information. Plus it uses the email list to send spam re instructors awards

App stopped working , asking for pin
As a new student, this app is not totally clear, it's not user friendly. The more I'm trying understand some aspects of it, the more I get confused of others
App has decided to stop working for me. It asks for the pin and my details but when I get to the screen to accept the Terms and Conditions, it just doesn't go anywhere. I click agree and the message disappears so I click login and it pops back up and I can't get any further. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it's the same issue. I have clicked to read the Terms and Conditions to agree from that page and it still doesn't let me through.
Pritty poor use of M3 design overall, the top bar is completely wrong for example. The homepage looks like clickable components too

Just downloaded the new version and the theory practice I paid for does not work anymore, It just flashes and goes back to the main screen. I've tried deleting and downloading again and it makes no difference. Hopefully it's fixed ASAP as I have my theory test soon. The last version worked great and I learnt a lot from it. Regards John
Was working before but now I can't log in. After accepting terms and conditions, nothing happens.
For me I don't like it because when you book the lesson it doesn't sync with your device calendar to remind you got a lesson. For me I book lessons one or two weeks in advance. And there no ability to cancel a book to lesson . If you find one a better time you have to waste time contact in your driving instructor to do it on their part
Doesn't allow me to look at past lessons and won't allow me to confirm or deny if I've done a lesson
Terrible app have to refresh about 20 times for it to stay on the page off my past and future lessons
