if nobody is playing anything it shouldn't be 4 credits to play a song. the "demand" should only vary when there is an actual cue
Tired of getting jumped. They supposedly say, they'll refund you if your song doesn't play for an hour because of a lawsuit. Well they didn't. I see another class action lawsuit coming.
Great app, not sure why it needs wifi scanning to pick songs after latest update, use to work fine without it. Will rate higher if wifi scanning requirement is removed.
Violation of privacy. Stealing consumer data. Enforcing age restrictions in the name of "safety". Will never get another penny from me.

If you believe you might get somewhere with this app you're wrong. This app was miserable to use. Do not recommend. Literally could not buy credits to even get started, fully unusable.

my songs won't play when there's nothing playing
they need to have it where if you have songs already on queue it let's it play, instead of letting people jump ahead. because the end i dont even get to play my music and the location closes so the its a waste of money. got screenshot proof my songs didn't play
this app has become a glitch ridden unusable mess, completely worthless.
No way.. You had your chance. Credits are purchased and you track more than that about your users anyway.. removing credits "over time" is theft. Do better. Just saw an ad for this garbage app. Just wanted to let you know I clicked through on that ad for ya. Original review: Evaporated my credits during a pandemic. Won't be using this app again!
Ever since the last update I can not get into my account. I've even uninstalled the app and started fresh. I am so disappointed that I don't have access to play much when we are out.
Genuinely an unusable app. It worked better before the update, but I can play one song before the app crashes. I wish the bars I went to used something better than this. I've spent so much money on this program, you think they would bother to make a working app.
I'm unable to use the app with the new welcome back screen. I put in my name and state but then nothing happens, I can't submit the information or back out to actually use the app
cannot use Google Play credits to purchase song time on touch tunes.. also has issues connecting to unit at the bars
never, ever works. only works enough to accept payment. no part of this app works. used to be so much better. making a night out worse instead of better. thanks touchtunes. (only thing that works with the app is leaving this bad review).

Started charging partial credits for songs and requiring an upgrade to skip songs played by the jukebox.
it doesn't let you play a full album there is no such thing on this app

Im very disappointed with this steady decline in quality. The app works, the jukebox locations are great, the library of songs is noteworthy. I have been using this app since maybe 2015 or 2016. Back then $5 got you 26 credits!! Most songs were 1 credit, the locations loved the constant music & I even got a date in part from using the app. Now it is a financial experience! More than .50 cents a credit, I cannot find a song for less then 2 credits & some are 4 credits or higher per song!
I have been quite frustrated as of late I chose my music and occasionally opt to use fast pass which now costs me extra credits since my loyalty rewards have been stripped from me. That isn't the main reason I'm venting the reason I'm venting is because after my selection is cued up and starts to play the bartender or cook will grab the remote and skip my selection. I am owed at least $5.00 in credits along with the $15.00 gift card I was promised for participating in your survey.
It's not a horrible selection but could use more If you like independent artists( especially if you like underground hip hop such ad horrorcore, rage, video game soumdtracks, etc this is NOT it. To be fair though I will say most bars I've been to have touch tunes. If I had some recommendations add more Twiztid, Diggy Graves, Blaze Ya Dead Homie, and oijaa macc
