basic scheduling is a premium/subscription feature. useless.

this used to be ok for me feature that made it on was the profiles. now they want to charge for that? will likely switch systems on the back of this.... terrible update!

Nothing in this app works properly.

The Deco Outdoor wifi was advertised as PoE, but requires the use of the included regular power cord. That is not how PoE works. Falsely advertised.

simply doesn't recognise the devices .. not automatically, not with the label scan and not even though the phone is actively on that network at the time the app can't see them

can't even get connected to Internet. I'm returning asap

Connection Issues with the Router all the time

bad update. with previous version i could save the connection preference for each device like office laptop personal laptop mobile phone tv etc to connect to particular deco unit on a particularwifi band. now after updating app every time device is power off and back on it connects to 2.4ghz band and to farthest deco unit instead of nearest one with 5ghz band and doesn't even switch to nearest one afterwards. developers have destroyed a good working app

I don't need notifications with Ads for Amazon Prime day deals from the app I use to setup my home wifi. thanks.

Absolutely useless app. Only the most basic router settings. Diagnostics is useless. "Connect to network". Well if I had network I wouldn't be using diagnostics, would I? Bunch of geniuses coding this.

Doesn't show all attached devices. Even though devices are working. Need to see ip address to correctly access device.

useless pile of garbage that can't even find it's own product. the unit has been setup for years and now that I need to access it it can't find itself. won't allow me to even access my account. no options to interact with it outside of "setup" when it's already setup ages ago.

They give away your personal information. From their privacy policy: "We may share your personal information internally and externally with suppliers, advisors, or partners for our legitimate business purposes, and only on a need-to-know basis." Also: "We may provide user information to our third-party marketing service providers for our promotional and/or marketing practices. "
