Now I can't even see my decos on my app no more remotely smh

can't begin a fresh install.

App is very slow and clumsy

New galaxy s25 phone and the app doesn't recognize the client's on the network.. The support is impossible to find and all the steps are "turn it off and on again" ie garbage

super slow application, need many times for checking update or reboot

this is the app i need to use tp-link network equipment that i paid good money for. without this app i can't even use it. and while they have me by the balls like that they put ads for their newer product in the app. How dystopian!

The router is good but version 1.8.2 is missing MAC Filter / Whitelist feature. Only Block List is available which doesn't allow restricting access to only specific devices. Please add MAC Filter with Whitelist option in the next update.

Deco M9+. Can't really rate it properly, as my neighbour's TPLINK auto sets to the same settings as mine. Until your designers allow user access to change bands for both ranges of WiFi settings, (2.4GHz and 5GHz) I can only give you 1 star rating. Generally the mesh works, but is slowed down with interference from another TP-LINK set up, very close by. Optimising only stabilises my system for a short while. Why can't your designers make a permanent change available to the settings?

If I could give this zero stars, I could the app.Is completely useless and actually setting up any of your deco products.It is a useless ad on that the company has booked.In order for you to do a setup that you could normally be able to just do by connecting directly. prime enslopification on display
