Basically functional but fake cloud advert which cannot be closed is not acceptable

didn't last a month
This was good when I first purchased, not sure if it's the April update, but its gone terrible!!! My settings have not changed, but..... •Stops recording when there is still motion. •Won't recored longer than 27 seconds even when there are people outside my front door. •It will show people walking away, but not up to the door. •Nearly all of the captures are filtered by AI. •It's litrally missing 90% of things happening.
doesn't connect to the router
App & devices used to be great but are now just frustrating. I have to turn off my phone WiFi and use mobile data to interact with my lights because they show as disconnected despite the hub being on Ethernet. No reboots or resets or adjusted settings have helped, they just stopped working. Doorbell camera still works fine though.

I just downloaded the app to bring all my devices together. The Log In bar is grayed out. Useless
when it works, its good. but it very often wont connect to my camera, which renders it useless since I've purchased it to use as a baby camera for when shes sleeping in her room. I still have to go in and check which wakes her up sometimes.
