Decided against the app but my Google refund failed. Google asked me to reach out to the developer but I got no response back. That's $5.35 down the drain.

Good app, bad developer. Tracearr has potential and works well enough out of the box. But the moment you have a question or deviate from the defaults, the developer will let you know, in no uncertain terms, that you're doing it wrong. Paid customers deserve basic respect. I don't tolerate condescension from someone I'm paying, so I refunded and moved on. Worth watching from a distance, but I wouldn't spend money on it until the developer figures out that users aren't the enemy.
