App is awful, never let's me know when the tracker battery is low or has run down. Support doesn't care and has been ZERO HELP. I'm about ready to toss the tracer in the bin and just eat the loss of $$.
Way over priced, rarely works properly. Inaccurate location data. Really not worth it. Judging by the very poor performance the company is buying fake five star reviews EDIT: You're here to assist no one judging the other reviews
the tracker suddenly stopped working, the support service has been silent for the second day. I do not recommend it if you want to be confident in the product. and the same thing now. any support. any answers. I CANNOT USE MY DEVICE MORE THEN 6 MONTH!!!!!! NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Device pairing does not work.
they have systematically removed the options that are not paying for the tracker years at a time. This makes the product far less useful as dogs age while also making it inconvenient to cancel since they wont prorate service not used
The app is great, but the fact that you have to have a subscription without any form of free tier after buying the device is a bit annoying. No subscription? The device is essentially an expensive door stopper.
