Made it halfway through registration, discovered just how horrible their policies are. Just open ai on their policies page and ask it to find the gotchas. Then have it find alternative companies that aren't horrible.
It will not let me on. So it can't be any good.
terrible app and website
was trying to buy something on the app. Would not let me complete the order. Oh well, Tractor Supply loss. I just bought it at Lowes.
tractor supply app and website are absolute trash and almost impossible to use. For this to be such a large company this is absolutely insane and aggravating

terrible app, their stores follow suit. If a business has to run promotions of setting up tents in parking lots to host sales, would it not be easier to offer reasonable prices year round, and not pay humans to handle the same products over, and over again? Too many middlepeople across this corporation for it to be worth patronizing.
This is the most useless app I've ever used!!! I can drive to the store quicker than using this app!!!!!
app keeps crashing
App and website Gliches. I Have selected products to my cart for pickup, I go to cart and it says there's nothing in Cart. so I go and try again, it now shows that I've added twice the same product, I go to cart to correct it and once again told there is nothing in my cart. this has happened numerous times since last yr. so no,Bugs are not fixed in the app nor the website.
for such a large company, their website and app can barely function properly.
It used to work great but now it's broken. When I goto my cart I can't change the pick up and delivery settings I can't add rewards I can't save items for later or remove them from my cart. In fact the only button that works in the cart is the checkout button. But at the checkout screen they removed my saved address my saved car all my information has been removed and I can't add it back because the only thing that works is the back button

absolute worst app and website there is. everytime I log on and try to place order it says nothing in my cart. uninstalled, used the webpage and it just freezes and when it finally loads I'm signed out. Tried setting up autoship and site crashes. I'll just shop elsewhere
the android app and web site is not good. The IT department really needs to revisit this and address the significant latency and overall sluggishness with the app and web site. Your stores are run by amazing people. Love the customer service at the store. Fix the IT Delivery and all good. Contact IBM consulting, they will help make it a truly innovative delivery.
I love tractor supply, their employees even rewards system but the website & app are HORRIBLE. Trying to place an online order for delivery off the app is miserable. It wouldn't save my new card or update my name making me change it everytime I order. Multiple times this has happened & its just so frustrating. I've deleted the app & am now only using the website cause at least on there I can place my orders even though its still frustrating. The app is horrible. I'd give 0 stars if possible.
This app is a joke. Seriously don't waste your time. Better off going to the website in a web browser.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY to pay ur bill through this app! randomly the app started losing all my payments made through this app! most have been found but NOT all, they say i have to prove the electronic payment made through this app & reported me as late payment on credit report! b4 they even notified me that they can't find it!
Cannot browse anything with this application. It keeps giving me an "access denied on this server" error message. UNINSTALLED.
I am very disappointed I can not register with my legal name since a special character. it shows discrimination.
FIRST, they had no record of my previous purchases THEN on this one l could not use my usual Pay Pal AND l could not tell them to not save my credit card information, THEN they slammed me by making this one time order monthly THEN I got bounced around and there was no way to stop the monthly subscription. PATHETIC!!!
I put in my name, my billing address. My card number. I checked every box and it will not let me continue. I can't check out. This is stupid!

In the last few weeks, the app crashes regularly (requiring a restart) and about half the time returns "no search results" for products that I know are carried and that the search found before. Basically unusable at this point.
It could be a such a great app, but sadly it's horrible.
The app is extremely slow. Has nothing to di with my connection as any other website or app works just fine. I have no idea what this is about but not having a functional app or website is really unwise.
Warning: Avoid Large Item Delivery via Tractor Supply in NJ If you’re considering ordering a large item from Tractor Supply, be aware that they utilize XPO Logistics for freight delivery in New Jersey. My experience was a disaster-the delivery was significantly delayed, and the customer service was incredibly rude. Save yourself the immense frustration and pick up your items in-store if possible. I strongly advise against using their delivery service for oversized packages. oh and app does suck

Horrible App, it crashes all the time and the majority of the time I can't log into my account.
App doesn't work. Screen says 0 results for anything I look for. Litterally anything from garden hoses to lawn mowers.
This app is worthless. Every time I try to sign in I have to reset my password. The search feature is laughable. Try searching "horse feed" nothing. Search a brand name nothing. Search "low carb" nothing. And after every action taken the sign in window pops up. The most useless, annoying and frustrating app ever.
constant problems with this app. Every update always has issues and then takes them forever to fix. Been messed up for the last 6 days since the last update occurred and they haven't even noticed its messed up.

App shuts down in the middle of placing orders. I uninstalled a year ago due to glitches and just installed again, because the website isn't friendly when picking up online orders. Going to uninstall again.
