My issue started when I noticed a standing order was not deposited in the traderepublic account and then I noticed they had changed the IBAN of my account without informing me. Can't recommend this to anyone and actively telling my friends to leave.
Terrible customer support. I've been stuck for a week since the declared address allegedly did not match the one on my document. I've asked to close my account, and so far three members of the support team got in the conversation, none of which seemed to actually understand the nature of the problem, and provided responses that were either generated nonsense or just outright dismissive.
identification is a nightmare, total waste of time! very disappointing
face recognition for verification does not work. Gave up after almost 30min trying. Sorry will get another broker.

Cant create an account... The app doesn't recognize my face and I am only given 'recommentations', not real human help as they say in their web since I cant access the chat because my account is not created yet! Very frustrating and zero help from their email.
It has been over a day and Trade Republic is still displaying a completely wrong name on my profile and their support is utterly incapable of fixing it. I have contacted them multiple times and received nothing but automated, copy&paste irrelevant answers from agents who clearly haven't read my case. This is a basic data accuracy issue. The fact that a promising fintech company cannot correct a customer's own name is both embarrassing and alarming. Zero stars if I could.
App is very unintuitive, shows very little information compared to other brokers. Many taps necessary to see basic information and some can't even be seen at all (eg total current brokerage gains. Who needs that useless "all time gains" number that doesn't help in any way)
One of the lastest updates broke the app. The app opens, but doesn't let me login saying "Access Denied" "App can only be executed in devices with official software".
Monet transfers used to be instant but now takes a few days. besides, It's too risky: A share could be not available anymore anytime with this app. They could liquidate your positions suddenly because of that, this means you cannot have a long term objective because if your stock is at a loss, SOMETIMES you will not able to wait for it to recover.
Tried to register multiple times and neither passport nor ID card worked. No way to contact customer support, so I just switched to their competitors
There is no option for "Greece" in the citizenship field when opening a new account. So I can't proceed ...

Funzionalità dell'app ok - Servizio clienti PESSIMO. Scrivi via mail e ti rispondono di scrivere in chat, per aprire la chat devi fare un sacrificio pagano, finalmente scrivi e ti dicono che non sanno fornire la giacenza media e che la devi calcolare tu. In Italia è importante fornire tutti i dati per poter fare l'ISEE - Revolut e Satispay ti danno tutti i documenti perfetti, loro non sanno nemmeno cosa sia. Per ultimo, scrivi al servizio "reclami" e dopo settimane non hanno ancora risposto.
is this some kind of joke? I cannot get past phone number verification... tried to resend code 4 times but still nothing... update: I have found that Google messages piť your sms to spam folder. I have marked it as not spam. Of course the old sms codes do not work, but you are not sending me the new one when I request it. I tried for several days now. I request sms code, nothing arrives and I have to wait 8hrs to try again... there is no way to contact support via web or app. very sad.
Lately, the CSV export functionality I rolled out hasn't been operating as intended. I used this file to import my getquin application due to the recent API connection issue with getquin but this leads to numerous errors that necessitate manual correction. I'm perplexed as to why issues are surfacing, even for a straightforward CSV export feature.
Absolute disaster. Impossible to get the account approved. I am from one EU country, living in another, registered normally in both. And they just can't find a solution for checking my residence address. Middle Ages app.

They do not have a real customer service, but an AI-bot named Anna that will tell you to go 'to the app' for your issues. I am helpless to close my old account and get my tax information because I moved countries, got a new phone and can no longer download the app. I have raised a complaint with BaFin. Absolutely ridiculous company. My money is stuck and I am running out of time to file my taxes. Do not trust this bank with your money. Could not recommend less.
No way to readh customer support while the FAQ is totally useless.
I love the Bank and its awesome as daily driver, but sadly the compabillity with GrapheneOS was disabled due to tighter Google Integrity API restrictions. I'd love to See some other sort of Hardware tokening for secure access on OSs that are for privacy reasons not running stock Android.
Do not continue to force me to update your app that frequently or I force myself to leave your service.

Despite moving between supported EU countries, I was forced to liquify all my investments because they can’t handle residency changes. I can't update my phone number, so I’ll soon lose account access. Support is unreachable in-app, and emails are hidden on their site. I can’t even close my account yet as I need to wait for next year’s tax declaration. Stuck with broken tech and zero help. Truly unacceptable for a modern platform.

I would very much like to open an account, but on my phone (NTN-LX1) I cannot. The issue arises when trying to scan a document. The scanning window immediately freezes as if it detected a document no matter what it sees. I tried to capture my ID by being in the correct position from te get-go, but it wouldn't accept the image. I cannot get support on this matter, as I am only referred to the help center. Following the therein listed steps, trying on a different phone my face won't get accepted.
fix that the position numbers are wrong displayed!!!!!!!! an please give users a way to report ask general technical questions it's not in the help category you have mature bug in your app!!
On my Nokia 7.2 it has a character or rendering problem. All the numbers are scrambled. On my Realme I could not log in, it did not accept my PIN. Turned out it wanted to do SMS verification, but did not like the VPN, so it silently failed. Get help, reset pin by identification also fails. Moreover trade republic just reject incomming payments from trading 212. I have a password, but never used it, so I am not sure what it is. But I cannot see it or reset it.

This app is irresponsible and impossible to reach. They are holding my trade while it keeps losing value, saying the share value is reversing. This is not my fault, and I have been losing money for the second day now without any response. Please be careful with this platform and think carefully before making your decision.
Making an account was easy. Now I want to buy an EFT and cannot buy. I got money on my account In the Trade public app, but I clicked on like 20 EFT and say "it's currently closed". Now I want to take my money out, that is not possible. Strange app.
No deja subir documentación de address disponible y limita demasiado las opciones sin ajustarse a posibles cambios, por ende, no se puede usar la app y el chat no existe, al igual que cualquier método de contacto con el soporte, si es que existe... Meses después sigo sin respuesta ni por aquí, ni por ninguna red social y sun cuenta de trade republic... he probado a subir cualquier tipo de documento legal, fiscal, etc con la dirección y los rechaza y el chat que se menciona en la página no existe
SMS to verify phone never arrives, only way to contact from their website is though the app which I'm blocked from signing in to. I've seen more people having issues with SMS verification on the last days, it is not acceptable for a company that manages people's savings.
Doesn't work on GrapheneOS, the most secure operating system, for "security reasons". Time to withdraw my funds...
Since the last update all the numbers in the wealth and cash sections appear wrong. Like hexadecimal numbers reflected in a mirror... Super weird error.

I generally like traderepublic as a platform. But the new app update is very bad. Many important features (like dividend history of companies, dividend amount for ETFs, portfolio analytics) were removed during the last update. Edit: The app got even worse with every subsequent update while removing the few remaining features and becomming more buggy.
