app doesn't work for me staff at b&q couldn't get it to work? when I signed up they said try uninstall and try again still no avail! I think they have a few bugs to address first with the app... unless I'm missing something 🤔 😕

on the 11th I ordered material which was meant to be here on the 13th then on the 13th they emailed saying it's not coming till the 19th if I would have known this I was off just gone into the shop think that's what I'll be doing from now on on the app it just saying it's still coming on the 13th but clearly not
total rubbish can't find half the stuff needed. type in metal gate or aluminium gate it's shows 2 then starts sowing door numbers. payment half time doesn't work comes up with error. it's pointless app.
I have the app on my phone, however it continually asks me to sign in. Search engine is poor.
I am writing to report an issue with the app. I went to the branch for a collection but was unable to complete the process smoothly due to app delays. Furthermore, the app still shows staff as 'in the queue' even though I have already picked up my item and no one was there
Difficult to find products, flaky, not user friendly. Very unhelpful with availability projections and discount management if stocks are low. It's the worst aspect of B&Q Trade-point.
