Not user friendly. Customers complain about the combined shipping options and not having an option to buy the product directly. This is causing a lot of trouble during the transaction for both seller and buyer.
Dålig app. Appen kraschar när man blockerar någon och går ej att starta därefter. Måste ominstallera appen varje gång jag blockerar någon. Man skulle kunna gissa att orimligt säljarvode skulle leda till bra app. men det verkar som att pengarna går raka vägen till ägarna istället för utvecklarna.
Bugg: När man filtrerar auktioner inne på en säljares profil blir resultatlistan helt vit.
Buyer protection does not work as it should.Probably only if the product is a different product or very damaged. If it's something in the description and something in the pictures, you are not covered. There is no way to contact anybody on Tradera, so probably is an AI dealing with the issues. My case : Phone - saying in description there are no scratches on the screen.Seller said it in a message also. But those were cracks.Tradera said you can see in picture,so no valid case to refund

tradera tar lite väl mycket i provision och tillåter tjuvar, finns säkert ett samband
De tar alldeles för mycket i provision och tar nu ännu mer, men under andra namn på avgifterna. Jag fick på en 1500 kr försäljning bara ca 1350 och då var även köparen tvungen att köpa till deras obligatoriska "försäkring". De tjänade totalt en tredjedel av försäljningspriset.

Worst service, buyers protection is a seller protection. Now the case is closed, I paid a lot if money and might not get anything. But assume at least that it will work out. No more buyers protfor me. Please make sure that you can deselect this non existing service.
Strul med hemsidan varje gång jag köper eller säljer något. Skattar mig lycklig om jag bara behöver kontakta kundtjänst en gång per affär. Deras chatt hänger sig ständigt dessutom så man får upprepa sig gång på gång med nya likvärdigt ointresserade kundtjänstarbetare

Messy and unfair. No extension of time during last minute bids means snipers will always overtake you by margins. Not going to touch with a barge pole.
A great app for scammers. The so called "buyer protection" you are forced to buy apparently expires after 30 days, although you don't find this out until it's too late. so if you want to scam someone you just need to keep promising to post the item until the time runs out. no wonder there are so many reviews here saying the customer service is worthless and they allow scammers. it's true!
why would you need all those documents, vinted is way better and easier 👎
Extremely badly designed and lot of bugs that makes it stop working or menu buttons that won't react if you press them.
Tradera has ALWAYS protected scammer sellers on their site instead of their buyers-now they also MAKE YOU PAY EXTORTIONIST PROTECTION FEE LIKE THE MOB. Their customer service is typically Swedish-passive aggressive and very rude. The app is terrible, always signs you out and erases saved searches. I have stopped using it and now use eBay both US and UK.

Customer service does not exist I think as I have been trying to contact them for 5 days in a row now and spent hours stuck into a screen promising 5min waiting time. and on the phone. nobodys picking up. and on Insta, nobody is reading the comments... I give up! Totally NOT recommending it!

fake bidders, hard to understand the app, scammers, bombarding with ads and store items and not actual items from sellers, annoying to find the items you want

the won't verify my ID's so i cant really do much on the app, to find account has been locked even though i didn't buy or sell anything or even really use the app
The app doesnt update auctions, bids or objects. Just blank pages even if the icon has a number on it. It doesnt properly show if an object isnpaid for, instead just kicking you to a login screen that doesnt lead anywhere. App is unuseable in current state, Ive needed to be on "computer mode" in web browser to be able to use Tradera at all
Spammar med reklam-notiser hela tiden och de går inte att separera från viktiga notiser.
Can't login. It says I have an account, but it's not activated. I'm unable to login and unable to create a new account... Guess I won't use the platform.
En massa reklam förstör appen
the idea is good, but there is no possibility to connect with the sellers.. and there is no translation for the description of the item so not a very good app...
De har ingen professionell kundtjänst. Om ett problem uppstår säger de bara att man själv ska kontakta kunden och lösa problemet.

Requires to give all privacy data. Requires national phone number and social security number. Thus, doesn't allow travellers to use the service.
Can't sell on this app and it feels like robbery to still needing to pay for my post. I sell more on Facebook and Blocket than this app. Never sold anything on this app
Blir konstant sämre för varje uppdatering. Funktioner slutar funka, nya designbeslut är sämre än föregående, etc.
slow, irresponsive, fixed prices that are too damn high, too many company accounts and bloated with ads. Bring back c2c trading with auctions.
I sent a package worth around 2100 usd and it dissappear in accordance to the buyer and was not receive. So I need to return the money to the buyer coz I'm unable to respond to Traderas email not knowing and not stating that there's a deadline to respond to traderas email. Tradera just decide the deadline not informing me that there's a deadline to respond. I lost that big amount of money and that was a heartbreak for me as a seller. I don't recommend this selling platform
Mandatory "buyers protection"
Terrible to let robots handle bidding. I tried to buy a computer but got outbid as soon as I kept bidding in the same millisecond, I tried several times. After a while I pretty much lost interest and just gave up on using the app altogether.
Tradera accidentally published my ad after a payment failure, I wanted to add a reserved price. After they published it they can't help me at all. So the lesson learned is to only sell cheap items without reserve price. Otherwise use a different platform.

Ads in the app? Seriosly? You force your fee, then you force ads that appear after each 4 items and take as much space. Unusable after update.

I spent a lot of time and won a bid, where the only rule mentioned was that the winner has to pay. I paid the amount, but ended up losing the money-no product was delivered, and there was no support from Tradera. After some time, they just blocked the seller, and I never received a refund. In the end, I lost both my money and trust.stopped using
They invented a new scam called buyer protection. When i was unhappy with my purchase, i tried to open a dispute but i couldn't because the app didn't allow me to upload pictures from my phone gallery and it's mandatory to provide photos when opening a dispute. There's absolutely no problem when I wanna upload photos to publish a listing but when I want my money back, the app doesn't let me open a dispute!! and then I tried to contact the customer support I couldn't because it didn't work either
Efter varje uppdateringen får man nya buggar i Tradera app. T.ex. nu info om mitt utbetalningskonto försvann!
Ständiga glitchar i mobilappen. Bud uppdateras inte längre i realtid utan är fördröjda i upp till en halv minut så man missar nya bud trots att nedräkningen syns. Idag har plötsligt bilder i annonser bara försvunnit, rutorna är helt tomma när man klickar på en annons. Har testat både att starta om telefonen samt av/ominstallera Tradera-appen, utan resultat. Enormt frustrerande då jag använder appen daligen och frekvent budar på samlarobjekt (annonser som ofta avgörs i sista sekund).
Made for criminals, if you have a problem as a buyer you will not be threated well by Tradera. They are on the buyers side always. Do not buy here, most of the stuff is also overpriced and shipping is not accurate to local shipping methods, the sellers do it to tax cheat as shipping is not taxable.
