never been able to continue to invest on line, beyond an initial 1000. difficult website, no human contact. This is the first post I've received in two years Not even able to post this
bought shares 3 times for it to tell me that I cant i try again when the stock has reached its peak and let's me straight away this app is a scam

For this new annoying rule that you need monthly subscriptions to get cashback on the card.
Downgraded, alerts or orders cannot be set "far" away from 1 to 3!?? There are no reasons for this! What flood you mention??? Simple platform but very risky! You get to imposibility of closing positions when you want or on tp/st (cfd also). Positions are hanged for weeks! Watch out! Still, has a lot of STB and CTF, over most of competitors. 2026: new stupidities: subscriptions with no automatic deposits in pot!!! need to transfer every month MANUAL
If you have a recently issued NIE card in Spain the system does not identify your NIF, which is the same NIE number you are given to. Consequently you cannot open an account. It's a huge error.
cant even get on the verify identity screen took me 1 month to create an account because the app freezes everytime you click anything

I've used the debit card as my main card since December but recently the online confirmation so often just doesn't work I'm thinking of getting rid of it. So often it asks me to confirm in the app, then I do so but the payment just doesn't show up in the app and doesn't get accepted online. What's the point of a debit card when you can't pay with it
I find this app clunky and restrictive. not keen on their website either. A great shame as their investment services are great value and have some really good features. As requested In mycase I had a pie with 3 equally weighted funds. I wanted to change this to sell 2 of those elements and re-invest the proceeds in the remianing element.
I tried several times to confirm my identity, I waited for a SMS code which never arrived, so that made me remove the app overall. Didn't like it. And there is no proper introduction as well, for someone with no experience this app is hard
