Poorly optimized app that can cost you trades it freezes, crashes and just gets slower with every update. Really need a light weight version without animations, watchlists and bloat. GUI customisation would also help, graphs are difficult to use needed tap and hold unresponsive needs to be completely reworked.

worst broker no literally they advertise there spread but not session change over spread or any sort of new event volatility spread why?they use this excuse to take your stop loss don't believe me open an account with another broker and this one take the exact same trades and watch what happens t212 consistently misrepresents the live market conditions.at session change over. out of 8 different brokers accounts i have T212 spread widens 1000% - 2000% more than the others yes thousand 10x - 20x
It's good and that, but they keep changing the interface which is frustrating... the latest update has been the worst BY FAR UPDATE: THIS NEW INTERFACE IS BROKEN.... FIX IT

Tried to open a cash ISA account for my elderly mum but had to verify her identity through either a passport or driving licence, neither of which she has. Used the online chat to ask for advice, was told someone would be in touch within a few minutes. Gave up waiting after a several hours and deleted the account and app.
App crashes when trying to apply a promo code, and a few other areas in the hamburger menu. You also can only apply promo codes within 10 days of opening your account, and never again, because it's tied to your ID. 10 days in your entire life and then you're locked out. I'll trade elsewhere. Also generally feedback on the graphs not showing days/months/years until you scroll, Google do a better job with their graphs. The 'feed' is just full of AI. And overall the UI is cluttered.
often buttons don't work. even tried clearing cache of app. sometimes I need to close and open the app over and over again, until the buttons work for me. using pixel 9a

Terrible broker for cfds especially FX I took a trade it was a signal over 55,000 people took the exact same trade but only T212 hit the stop loss at session change over with spreads widening nearly 200 pips yes 200 not 20.put a blindfold on and pick any other FX broker it will be better. No doubt there will be some generic reply trying to patronize me explaining what spread is, low volatility on session change over but when not one other broker widens this much from 55k people what's that say?

the company slogan is build wealth every day I've been investing for 2 years and I've lost wealth every day I would have made more money by just saving it
Deposits are instant withdrawal is 3 to days., I sold some shares for 500 then a second later it was 300 lost 200 the a second later it was 500 its a con i tryed dealing to get the money back but lost more pleased it happened now I'll never do shares or apps again I'd rather work for my money or sell it at the car boot sale, shares is for old people like Warren buffet or unskilled lazy people who sit in front of computers like most of the people reading this go for a walk
one star, can't buy shares and stocks quick so in essence you are just losing money when 10 minutes previous the share price was high and then it takes 10 minutes to sell
Hard to set up and transfer funds
poor customer service bot chat and still issues not resolved also keep getting constant texts about prices on stock market but only have cash isa

Not easy to navigate for a novice investor
Great app. Flickers and won't open. Doesn't accept biometric even though it's set up. Flickering and useless. Good job I don't have to close any positions.
refusing to give access to latest features like the cards and crypto
