Disabled all notifications in settings yet the app keeps pushing unwanted promotional offers.
A true budget airline, they don't even allow strollers in the cabin even though half the bins are empty because nobody pays their ridiculous fees. The app does not show luggage status like other airlines so I have no way to know if the stroller actually made it on the plane. The app doesn't seem to do anything the website can't do.
App refuses to open. Crashes immediately and tells me to restart, then crashes again. Must be the API check issue.
Trop de notifications de type de la publicité et des promotions. Pas d'option de les arrêter cela dans l'appli. Cela m'oblige de bloquer toutes les notifications, y compris celles sur le statut de vol, par exemple. Dommage.

useless. loses the details of the new booking you've nearly completed, ie just as you reach the payment stage. having to start the process from scratch from the desktop version (when that works!) was not the best use of my time, especially considering the price had gone up in the meantime. Uninstalled.
Terrible app, it no longer starts as I cannot get past the location screen.

Terrible app. I tried creating a account 3 times and I kept getting error messages. I deleted it and moved on.
Very bad experience when I found out the digital boarding pass is not accepted at security gate and I have to go back to checking to receive paper version with other type of barcode..
app flips out, when checking what cabin baggage i can take with me
Flight was delayed, app didn't notify me nor did it show current info. Flight arrived earlier than the delayed arrival time I got through a text, app didn't notify me. Flight was already boarding, APP DIDN'T NOTIFY ME. Good thing I checked the airport monitors or I would've missed my flight. Useless.

one of the most deficient airlines in the world. I paid 135 euros for extra kilos and yet when I arrived at my destination my luggage was still at the departure point. I received the luggage after 4 days with stolen and damaged things. Be very careful with them.
App glitched during check-in and I couldn't add my cabin bag. The check-in went through though and I couldn't try adding it after. I was forced to pay 60€ at the counter in order to get my bag through because of that.

with the New Regulation additional fees are currently passed on to the customer for any flights post the 1st of March 2025. Even though they have the right to do so it is very unfair and rude to do so on any purchases already made before the law is applicable. there are are other companies that waver these additional cost but transavia choose not to do so and will be grabbing that extra money from you. Shame ...

Can't log in with a bookings number. it only opens the internal browser and you can permanently use the app. password reset doesn't work. Gives an error. Customer service tells me that it takes 7 days to fix the issue and they need to reset my account because of the system bug.
Zero star ! Worst experience ever! Staff are very rude and not collaborative. The staff raised their voice at me!! Never again and don't recommend it to anyone.
No granular notification management, impossible to turn off the spam (a.k.a. marketing notifications) and leave only important notifications about your flight on. No advance flight timeline available (online check-in open/close, airport check-in open/close, gate/boarding open/close). Nor an option to add the right to the calendar.
Complete disregard for price transparency. Transavia is now asking us to pay extra for a flight booked over two months ago. The best part is that there are no options. We receive simply a mail : we have increased the price of your travel. Here is a link to proceed to the payment.
Another app that is not really an app but simple google chome browse. App just opens different websites. To register open one website, to pay open another website. Terrible.

Mostly useless. No updates on delays, no gate number. QR code is so tiny on the screen it can't be scanned by control. It is just a wrapper around mobile website. The only useful thing is export of tickets to Google wallet.

Travelled with Transavia for years. It was a bit more expensive, but ensured quality travel, and most importantly, it didn't follow scammy tactics such as taxing cabin luggage.
i dont have an issue with the airline but omg the app isn't stable at alll. this is the million time i m trying to check in and i am not able too because of some code error msggg !!! get a good IT team please
