This app use to be great Now its so delayed when you open it and why do I have to pay when looking at certain trains! Outrageous
it doesn't show the correct routes for half the buses, like what is the point of the app if ill have to check the schedule separately anyway

This app has become as unreliable as their service has been lately, UNACCEPTABLE! Confusing, jumping around working occasionally and just plain hard to understand! Then after that fact busses just simply don't show up or disappear on this app. Again UNACCEPTABLE!

never on time I m standing at coquitlam bus stop that's is starting point still they are not time then what the point
I highly recommend Google Maps over Transit even though the latter isn't perfect on all occasions. Maps is so much more reliable with live locations, delays, and alternate routes. Plus, it's free (loosely speaking). I remember using Transit many years ago when I was in university and it used to be a pretty decent. Such a shame!

Hay un anuncio que me obliga a obtener transit royale y no me permite usar la app porque no me suscribo como si fuese mi onligacion.
Unfortunately only the closest 2-3 routes are shown for free, meaning that the bus info you need may be hidden behind the premium paywall. Yes it's hard to monetize apps, but putting basic functionality behind a paywall makes the free version worse than many other apps which can also receive their data directly from transit agencies. Paying for tickets doesn't work in Denver on both my phone and my partner's regardless of payment method used.
Settings button does not open settings. Links to info about CapMetro as a partner do not open. The app takes over ten seconds to show your favorite location icons on the map. "Buy Ticket" button is not clickable unless you move the map pointer far away from your present location.
The planning by using this app was nearly useless. It's accuracy in relation to lynx was very low, and left out good possible routes to use to arrive faster.
I don't usually leave reviews but I hate this app. you can't search by bus stop and the maps look confusing. I miss Da Bus app
I'd give this app 0 stars if I could, completely unreliable
I hate this app, but it's all my city uses, so I have no choice but to rely on it. The pickup times are never correct, and the GPS is unreliable. I rely on public transit for work, and it's impossible to plan around. I feel bad for anyone hoping to use this in a new city or for a new route.
This Transit app caused me to miss two of my busses in a row. Not happy.

app sucks, not entirely their fault because sometimes transit services themselves are delayed or have other issues which they can't control but the application itself is also a buggy, barely functional piece of software that does not track buses or trains with any reliability so yeah, one star.
I wait d at my bus stop 10 minutes before and it still left me this has never happened to me and I'm very disappointed it didn't even stop I ran after it too
why would the app have a paywall to see what the transit routes are. it also doesn't show the most effective routes either.
bus all ways late 111 202 or if on time take a break. get that they have to use the restroom. but if they stop worrying about who's sleeping on the bus and driving then everything will be okay I have to go to work as well as they working if I'm late to work I'll lose my job but they keep their job they should lose their job as well as they can cause me to losing my job that's not fear is me being a paying customer. as well as anybody else Beyonce for construction but it's not for construction
if you're using this to get around in a timely fashion,,, you're cooked,,the times are always wrong
I'm not happy with this app. Constantly it is incorrect to the point where it is dangerous. I go to the Nova Alexandria campus and every night the bus time is completely wrong! It tells me that the bus is 15 minutes away, then all of a sudden, at the last minute it says 30 minutes!! Super annoying and again, dangerous for me. I don't want to be standing in the cold for an hour waiting for a bus that's never coming. So many times this has caused me to be late to work. Terrible, it's so useless!!
ever since the new update and the pay to use feature this apps become unusable
Tracking is always incredibly inaccurate and I have video proof of it with timestamps and all.
this app sucks. I couldn't get it to show me a route that I was currently riding. I also, at this very moment, can't get it to show me the schedule for the train my child is currently riding, so I do not know when to leave to pick him up. this app is neither intuitive to use, nor is it user friendly in any way, shape, or form

A chance to give feedback on transit experience should not require information on median household income.
This app has gotten progressively worse as time has gone on and when the subscription was introduced it got even worse. Before it didn't matter how far I was from my stop I could check when a bus was supposed to be somewhere. And now when my GPS signal is weak the app doesn't get my location right and moves me too far to see when the buses near me should be arriving which makes the app useless unless I want to pay money I don't have for a subscription I shouldn't need.
The app is fine, but THE MINUTE you go away from the app (music, send a text, phone call, etc.), it knocks you out of your trip. Please, please, please fix this! Most times, people like to listen to music on their ride and sometimes need to send texts or make calls to schools and bosses if they're late.
"How is your bus?" Um, not here? App has gotten tons worse this month (no, it's not my local transit agency because this happens in multiple cities). It jumps from showing me how far the bus I'm waiting for actually is, to then showing me that I'm on the bus and how many stops until my stop. If I exit out of the journey, it sometimes shows me the accurate time and position of the bus, and sometimes it shows the bus as already having departed from that location, despite it not even having arrived
If app closes, I must re-setup trip information, why? Closed app to open and play a song... now I've gotta do trip over.
