No Chinese translation
I bought it and I could not install it on my phone, please back to me my money or install it on my phone!! I am waiting the answer!!

Cantonese translations stopped working for some reason! It used to work great and this was the main reason I bought the Pro version. It was still working on the free version until the latest August update which treats Cantonese voice input as Mandarin. It's becoming worse. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!! Edit: Cantonese translation still not fixed after the March 1, 2021 update! When will it be fixed???
I bought the pto version because I wanted to be able to flip between female and male voice. It doesn't work. Whichever options you select, you still get to here one voice. I quickly hit the redund button.
The apps used to work very well but it failed since last year and no one to follow up the problem and bugs. Very very disappointed.

getting translation error message
the pro version is worse than free!!!! the real issue is it continually stops working with even a half second gap in talking.. VERY annoying... and completely useless for split screen translating if the other person hesitates even for a breath... whoever designed it has rocks in their head ... and it has stupid American womans voice... the free one has a proper English clear voice. bizarre. !!!!
voice output in Cantonese never works
I bought it today and I am not happy with it, I like to return it. I was in the middle of a Russian spoken conference and the app did not follow the conversations and the translations were not good.
I read that the pro version had more features, like being able to slow down the translation. I can't find any new features in the pro version
I would give you 5 stars but i have 4 hints:- 1- the app lack some
important languages such as Persian language and others. 2- as well as the
speed of translation little bit lacky and slow even on hi speed wifi that
disturb me usually. 3- the speech voice is robotics not smooth enough at
all that annoy me alot, some time make u feel that you use free cheap
useless app. By the way i paid 5 boxes for this mess. 4- the app lack
photos translation, that is one of the biggest lack i ever seen in paid 5
dollars app, even in some free app we can find that feature.

If you are copying a text over to be translated, if it has any emoticons or non-alphanumeric content, it will error out. This did not used to be the case. The usability of this app has greatly diminished I no longer suggest buying the pro version.
