The app is fine to book a hotel. what's the point of the app if it doesn't show any of your bookings though? it says "my stays" but never is able to locate it. you have to put the booking reference number, surname and hotel name, thats all the details in the email. no point of the app?? and once you do and you come out of the app, it forgets it so you have to re enter again!
can't change address
how Is it that if you look at the prices one day and then go back the next day the prices have doubled
I am unable to use my Google account to sign in, which i used on the web version, since the app doesn't support Google login.
Trying to find £35 rooms, impossible.
Put money from my account in pending and did not finish the transaction, did not give any error messages or any confirmation of an issue and then asked me to pay again

unable to sign in. It's not very handy if you cannot sign into the android app running on an Android 15 tablet, just says :- Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information). ☹️
Doesn't open. Previous version worked fine but new version doesn't open.
I cannot get a Travelodge account to work because the website reckons that the confirmed password doesn't match the original. This is in spite of using the Google password suggestion function that works for any other website or using the paste buffer or a shorter password that I carefully type. This account lock could perhaps be because I initially tried to create the account on the app before I set the password on the website where I'd just booked a room.
unable to cancel booking. Tried several times since yesterday . I've also tried to make contact using the email address shown but email returned as 'address not found'!
Couldn't retrieve booking number on Travelodge website due to an ongoing error there. Tried app instead. Equally useless and immediately uninstalled 👍🏻
Buggy and feels fake. The app opens up ok but looks a bit washed out. It pulls my account details through but after that it constantly glitches as though the backend servers are down or sold off. If I did not know any better, I would swear it was a fake site as it just does not look or feel right.
Irish post codes are being incorrectly marked as invalid.
the app is rubbish!!!all it does is send you round in circles. then it tells you that your new 4g phone has no internet.
Awful and useless. Map in app can't navigate, instead of zooming out it refreshes. shows 10% of London's hotels only. Phone screen is too small for how app works, yet install on tablet impossible. Waste of time and nerves. uninstalling now.
I've had this all installed for five minutes and already binning it, after checking other reviews on other issues. I already have a booking for somewhere else but before I logged in and tried to import that, I "quickly" wanted to check availability elsewhere for another night and I just can't get the number of adults drop-down to, well, drop down. So I either go on my own or use the website :)

Then it takes off the £20 we paid for our pet and then says is putting £20 back on for our pet, but instead it puts £25 back on, meaning the charge for choosing our room is a total of £8.50 not £3.50 Maybe that's normal for choosing a room with a pet BUT the text doesn't match the calculation. Either way it's not very good.

you book yet your date changes if you change anything
during the payment process i received error messages such as "cache miss" some pages were badly formatted, e.g. over-long line of text, resulting in a font too small to read. I don't recall it doing this in the past, so hopefully it's just a glitch, and not new bugs.
