very poor app
It stops hairfall only until you take medicine which costs 2000 / month and couse is 6 months. After 6 months of regular medicine and following my diet plan baldness was not covered. 20% bald and the rest 80% already transplant, even hair fall started again post medicine over. not waste money if you think new hair raise. it's just stop hairfall and remove denruff.

I think they have 2 variety of product. the good/fortefied one is for influencers, and the bad/poor quality product is for general people. I used their products, totally waste of money. no result.

I placed an order and also received the confirmation message, but the app is not showing any order details. This is very frustrating and makes the experience unreliable. If the order is confirmed, it should be clearly visible in the app. Please fix this issue as soon as possible or provide proper support to track my order. This kind of problem reduces trust in the service.

I started Traya treatment from February 2025 and completed the full course. For the first 4-5 months, I noticed some hair growth and reduced hair fall. However, after about 8-9 months, hair loss resumed, and over the past 3 months, it has worsened significantly, with visible scalp now (5th May). I am currently using the Trya Minoxidil as advised (never stopped applying Minoxidil) but I’m not satisfied with the results.

they are unable to deliver product timely it's been one month order placed but order not delivered yet I placed the order again so that at least this order gets delivered timely but that too is not getting delivered.
Scam app will give everyome suggestion to use minoxidil and other chemicals which are dangerous.

In the beginning they say that they don't prescribe minoxidil but eventually as time passes, they recommend to use minoxidil. Minoxidil is the key to hair regrowth, but as you stop using minoxidil, everything goes back to zero.
doctor's from Traya literally does trial and error method on customers, I don't think they have knowledge of their products. Traya products still have side effects. products are effective i must say but side-effects are unbearable.

The platform pushes users to log daily activity-not for genuine progress tracking, but as a tactic to later deny refunds if consistency isn’t maintained. There’s little to no real personalization; instead, the same set of products is recommended to almost everyone, clearly prioritizing sales over results. I could have given negative rating but that option doesn't exist.

worst customer service, they don't know what customer is asking, no basic knowledge of the flow of their service, really got headache talking them
worst response from coach before and intinial using of traya they communicate well while after some days they literally don't respond well such a worst management
Useless company they are just making money and don't have any control over delivery of products. You pay them for worthless overpriced products and then keep chasing for product and even if you cancel the product then also you have to be dependent on their mercy. In such a fastest delivery e commerce business they exclude Saturday and Sunday. Which means if you pay them on Friday then as per them you may get your order by Tuesday or Wednesday of next to next week. Which means 10 - 11 days.
your medicines user manuals are printed in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. do you know there is a state called Karnataka and its official language is Kannada?

The treatment works. But when you stop the treatment you return to your previous condition. So keep around 2000/month aside as long as you wish to keep your hair. They give discount in the form of coins but you can't redeem a large amount of coins at a time. A lot of coins will expire or stay in the app without any use. Traya works but you become the golden egg laying goose.
