i specifically downloaded it again, and i didn't turn on the sync, and still it changes my strava caption

Forgot my password months ago and ever since I've tried to login in by clicking the "forgot password" link. It always says they sent me the recovery message to my email and never received anything. Yet I do receive all the spam messages trying to convince me how wonderful this app is. Sorry, all those ads are useless if I can't use the app.

Can't register

Really difficult to use. Confusing the plan made. No sense. There was no adjustment even when I paid for the app.

Not functional yet - tried to import my strava activity but nothing came through. Tried to set up a half marathon training plan, it said there were not that matched. Wasn't able to achieve what I was hoping to.

Pretty awful. Did'nt get past signup - asks for 'length' whatever that is and you need to make hundreds of clicks (12 clicks per year) on the date calender picker to go set your birthday - 120 clicks to go back 10 years!! - why not allow users to enter the date as plain text in dd/mm/yy form? Gave up at that point as its mandatory info.

Not user friendly at all. Very restrictive unless you pay. Why would you pay when basic experience is so poor? Contacted support but had no reply not even a courtesy auto-reply to give an indication of how long a reply may take. Could be a great app but is only a very frustrating one as it stands.

Massively reduces milieage. And number of runs and distances and paces are in km and cant seam to change.

Keeps stopping

Wouldn't let me make a goal as it said no scheme was found. Even if it did, I don't have a set schedule with work so settings specific weekdays to train wouldn't work for me. Also, I don't see a delete account button. Edit: the reset initial values comes up what looks like Dutch in the English version

As there is no or little question about the research behind this App resulting in a quite good training planning, the App is useless without a Premium account, such as limited goal, which is primary functional request along the training schedule that has a variable goal setting. Among all Apps probably top 10 most expensive as the cost is @ 9.99 euro / month, comparable with the most popular applications such as NF and SPY. What a pride to compare with big 5 companies worldwide!

Does NOT respond to support in the paid subscription.

The ideal behind the application is great but the fact that it interpreted my swimming sessions from Strava (after sync) as running sessions (with pace 20:00 min/km) is just something that deserves this score. I hope you will fix it guys. I was really optimistic about the whole app... 😑

After the new update I tried again. Trenera insists that I train on days that I don't want and won't let me change. It's normal to look at various options before choosing one, I wasn't warned that I can only change 4 times in a month. So I end up not being able to change anything. I won't try again.
