I tried 4 hours to unsubscribe automatic payment. Everything seemed to be frozen. Even chatting with your robot is frozen. very disappointing. i logd in 4 times without result.
terrible never worked for me
Does not actually work to change location for streaming live TV, apps still see my physical location instead of the vpn location. You won't be able to hide your location from apps like Paramount plus, so you can't watch sports from other areas if they are not on your local network station.
I have installed this 3 times and it still will not work. My next try will decide if i get of TrendMicro or not TM is becoming a real aggravation especially on renewal. This is my last time to use it. My recommendation is: if you do not use it now, don't buy it. I gave it 1 star because because you cannot rste 0.
the app insists it needs permission to connect to VPN but does not permit that permission to be given.
I just learned this vpn logs literally everything and they admit it on their website my mistake for paying first but that's a shockingly low privacy standard
Installation gets right to the end before telling you there is a 7-day free trial and then they will charge you $99 A YEAR. Uninstall will not cancel it they say, but their description on how TO cancel is hard to follow. I'm not sure if I ever had a subscription. And if I have one now. Not happy with this software and Harvey Norman. store that signed me up for 2 years.

Service is fast, when it works. However, the features are lacking - there's no option to have the VPN always be on, only one to select specific networks on which it'll turn on. I want it on ALL the time, regardless of network, and I don't see why it doesn't have that option when other VPN services do this
