Can't download on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Troubleshooting tips are useless. Tells me everything I need to know about the app and support. Pass.

App seems to fail at the basic step. On installation you are required to activate using SMS verification but once you click on the link it keeps timing out and brings you back to the landing page to register in an endless loop. Doesn't fill you with confidence on the app capabilities really. Was actually looking forward to this as a Triumph owner going on a trip.

keeps crashing. I have not been able to complete even a 30 minute ride without this app crashing. that makes it entirely worthless.

Needs a shut off button. Also, it now claims it needs location ALL THE TIME - and it shouldnt. It should only need location when a user enables the Protect Me or Record my Route modes. It worked that way before I started a monthly subscription. :-/

Confusing and time consuming set up. Successfully entered Triumph VIN received 3 month trial with auto-renew notice £0.00, fine now can't launch detection as re-asking for the VIN and another card application. If app does update will delete cant be bothered to waste my time folks.
