I booked a hotel stay in Nashville for April 24th -26th. I received confirmation from Trivago. Upon checking in, I was notified they received no booking from Trivago. I called Trivago as well as the Marriott and was told Escalation would call me in 30 minutes. I've called back 5 times since and no response or resolution. Please verify with the hotel before you go, otherwise you may lose money and have to sleep with friends.
only one choice of rooms
terrible company and service. book for 1 price but at check in they say you havent paid the full price and the balance is due. no refund no customer service never use again they are definitely not sorry to hear it. I called, emailed, and disputed. this company enjoys lying to customers and adamantly refuses to provide any customer service.
what a bs app!! how can you not filter by pet friendly. stupid idiot app.
Very poor experience. They give you a date by which you can modify your reservation, otherwise it becomes non-refundable. However, as if strategically, Trivago Customer Service never gets back to you in time, then they tell you that you passed that date and they won't give you your refund. Awful experience. Never booking with them again!!!
we are fun of trivago but the Worst thing is why the Company or the owner of this app is okay with the scammer and fraud that is keeping posting Units and condominium In this app. It's so irritating

The app doesn't work correctly! I have put in Huron SD a dozen times and it keeps throwing in Huron OH with my motel options. The notifications are the same way. I uninstalled the app.
Uninstalled one min after installing , no option for searching hotel
tried booking with trivago, they charged my card, thought everything was good. get to the hotel and they don't have my booking, pull up the booking on my phone and it says "processing". tried calling support and waited on hold for 30 minutes before they hung up on me. first and last time I try trivago
I booked a room with free cancellation i also clicked on "Pay at property " the money was taken out of my account the next day ? 😡 I called them and was told they don't do pay at property anymore! so why is it still an option on the app ?????🙄
they list a nightly price then when you go to the website page it increases significantly. I'm not going to use them anymore because of this

I made a Booking using your app with Cap Negret hotel in Altea. When I pressed confirm nothing happened. The hotel did not receive my booking. Why is that? I had to phone them to make the booking which was a lot easier than filling in your forms and got a better price.
