cant use my card... Constantly declines it even on pay day... used to be okay. Did everything they suggested except tried another card... I mean, if they're having issues with one card why would I trust them with another?
Edit in response to their response: This is ridiculous. You're not even going to apologize or offer me my money back??? This is fraud, I will take this into consideration when thinking about purchasing App works for viewing the menu and ordering but it automatically adds a tip and doesn't tell you until after you pay. And to make things even better, the cafe cannot modify the order or give you any sort of refund. I will only use the app for looking at the menu and call to order in the future.

horrible help logging in. I forgot my password I've been trying for weeks but I'm directed to a site that offers no help at all I gave up and just deleted my account. it's been so frustrating. this app is not easy if you forget your password. I will not recommend this app to anyone ever.
It used to work great, but now the app always says "No delivery services are available for your order", despite the fact that both DoorDash and UberEats have Tropical Smoothie Cafe on their apps for the same address, just at higher prices. The app is broken and the devs reply to each review with the same copy-paste "try this to fix it" message instead of fixing their app. A shame.
As of recently the past two weeks the App will not allow my payment to process for online orders and it is frustrating as I don't have time to go in and order and have to wait for it now. please fix this issue as soon as possible.

app wouldn't load unless I restarted my phone. continued to have issues so I uninstalled it and now I can reinstall because it says it's not compatible with my phone. unbelievable. edit: yes you're saying the device was incompatible but it WAS WORKING BEFORE I HAD UNINSTALLED IT. so make that make sense.
how convenient gift cards can't be added
it was working perfectly fine until it wasn't. I essentially cannot order ahead since it's declining all of my cards and my Google pay. I've tried installing and reinstalling and made sure it was updated but nothing has fixed the bug. please fix.
literally cannot order delivery through the app even though it says the store i picked was taking deliveries for more than a half hour more. doesn't tell me until im already done selecting what I want. when I change to a different store it empties my cart even though it asked if I wanted to keep it. put the info in again, THE OTHER STORE ALSO WASNT TAKING ORDERS MORE THAN AN HOUR BEFORE THE CUTOFF. im convinced this app is malware because of how broken it is.

It constantly declines my google wallet payment yet my bank notified me the transaction approved (thankfully it doesn't charge me though thanks to google and my bank being on top of this fluke). Fix It! Nothing is more frustrating than already dealing with the lag of trying to put in a pick up order and unable to due to this error. The app functions just enough to matter for points and seeing the current menu or promos. Edit: Payment info isn't correct/invalid nor insufficient funds.

I'm seriously angry because first of all we got SCAMMED! Me, my Cousin, and my papa asked specifically for 3 paradise points, 1 chocolate cover strawberry, and 1 mocha madness and some other food stuff. BUT WE GOT 4 PARADISE POINTS, 3 CHOCOLATE COVER STRAWBERRY, AND NOT ONE MOCHA MADNESS! The lady was nice but scammed us. AND IT WAS EXPENSIVE TOO! plus my cousin didn't even get her bowl!
Doesn't allow a Drive-Thru pick-up option. I'll change my review once they add that to the online order options.

I'm not buying a new phone just for tropical smoothie, what a response. wow. you have probably thousands of customers unable to access your business now and are doubling down. good luck.
was a good app a week or two ago...never had any issues. id go to tropical smoothie a few times a week. now the app kicked me out and won't let me log in. it won't even let me log in on the website either...like they deleted my password. then whenever you do the reset password...it doesn't work either. farewell to tropical smoothie. if it isn't broke, then why mess with it? so many apps go through upgrades only to be worse than the one that was decent.
Everyone who couldn't use their free smoothie upvote this review. Tried for 4 days straight to use my free smoothie and just keep getting an error message that it's "not valid for this order" even though it doesn't expire for another 3 days. Now both of my free smoothies are going to expire. Thanks for lying to us all. Stop scamming people and lying to them
I had to remove the app because I was unable to use my last Tmobile reward. I was told my device is now not applicable with the app and I am unable to download the app again. 😑

The app was working fine - for the most part - until it wasn't. It suddenly completely stopped working and there is seemingly no way to log back in. But before it failed, it was advertising the ability to add Nutella to any bowl. The app never gave the option and the website had the option unavailable and "greyed out". Now it's not working during the free smoothie week. How convenient.

Google Play says that this app is not compatible with my device. I've never encountered this with another app. I guess I won't be getting any rewards.
There is an issue not letting me order through the app, however it shows pending transactions in my bank account. Seems shady for some smoothies
