I made a purchase on the game, and never received my purchase. I contacted customer support multiple times, and asked for the product purchased, or for a refund. customer support never responded, nor did they fix the situation.
will not let me play the game
Glitches, game kicking me out... not letting me play kickin me out completely an won't even let me get out tha truck to connect to tha trailer not only that... its been a month since tha reportand nothing has happen reported to support team and they still haven't done anything about my universal trailer and $12,000.... i keep getting told it's bein passed to a refund team that was almost 3 months ago. its 4/7/2026 and my case is being ignored as I am bein ignored months later being ignored!!!!!
Most bugs not a big deal but the NPC vehicles they are the worst. crash into you for no reason, stop right in front of you at speeds exceeding 80 km even when there's no traffic lights, turns or any obstruction. and that happens so much I loose all the money I made just by crashing into them not to mention the truck repair cost on top. I don't recommend this game unless you like raging. so until this game is fixed I'm not changing my review and I'm telling everyone not to download it

hey developers please i can't see Tacoma on my map in Washington and any oil terminal unlocked no any oil mission appearing...and my device is Aquos . And please reduce the cost it takes too long to own a truck and unlock a new map.
