spam and dumb. Make you pay subscription of 6.99 after sending you emails and cannot get anything.

I'd give negative stars if possible. Pay almost $10 a month for POSSIBLE access to a cash advance. They offer credit monitoring as part of the subscription, which is free elsewhere. Customer service is a joke. The whole app is lousy. Avoid at all costs, total scam.
they charge you 6.99 membership and only approve you for 10.00 so stupid and not worth the time
literally doesn't let me connect my bank to it and charged me a membership fee and I can't even use it. EDIT: I have contacted support and they haven't resolved my issue, I don't get an error it just doesn't connect my bank and my bank is known common bank
paid 6.99 just so I can find out my bank won't connect although they said it did. now, all i want is a refund of my 6.99 and I cant send another message to their "support" since I sent a message already. horrible. dont waste your time. and True, I still want my refund of 6.99.

Had to pay $6.99 fee upfront only to be denied ( which I understand why) . Had for 3 days and denied refund when closed account. App says if you were denied, you can request refund. Requested and denied refund when never got an advance. $7 adds up when you have a lot of people. Beware!!!

this app is a total scam! they make you pay the subscription fee up front and then it won't even let you link your bank to qualify for the advance. they make you pay and then try to get you to complete tasks or do paid games but won't allow you to link your bank for the advance. there's plenty of paid game sites that don't charge a subscription fee. this app is a scam!

seems like like it's a revolving door around them taking advantage of indigent people is subscription fees and giving you $10 for when you're desperate sometimes that helps but it's a revolving door around getting put in the hole it seems like

Update...still do not have my money and obviously never will. DO NOT PLAY WITH THIS APP. I have been trying to get $75 for weeks now, only to be told "it's still in review, we need screenshots, etc." At this point, I have no belief or confidence in this company. They also still withdrawal money even after you have revoked ach authorization. STAY away.

I don't even have an account with them never asked for an advance, but they keep trying to charge my card for some subscription fee. I've emailed them a billion times and each time I do the try to charge my card. I've asked numerous times to cancel what ever subscription they claim I have because I can't access it from my end and no help what so ever. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS.
I was approved for $10 and refused the loan. They have charged me $6.99 for 3 months for a membership fee even though I canceled the membership. I would like them to stop charging me this fee but trying to get in touch with someone seems to be impossible.

horrible got ripped off, don't pay for the subscription because you'll get a whole $10 then the app won't like your debit card and make you wait days to try again. meanwhile people are starving and they take 6.99 of my last $10 just to offer $10 and get nothing, BS

Bad experience - it won't allow me to repay - I just want to close account and their customer service is the worse
trash. paid $6.99 subscription fee, was approved for $25 advance, advance was sent to my account and immediately retracted, can't try again for 2 weeks, meaning I paid $6.99 for a subscription to literally nothing. try to get a refund, the only support on there is s chat bot with two responses. just don't. it's a scam.
