It's an scam network. You keep buying package and they made you buy always another and another.
Everytime I top up it automatically renews an internet package that I don't want. I can't even turn off the auto renewal system.... this isn't the first time that happened to me this is the 5th time I will be considering switching to AIS if you guys don't consider putting an option on turning off the auto renewal system. the package that it gave me is EXTREMELY slow painfully slow. If I don't top up fast enough this always happens. Even worse when the data expires.

everytime I go to use this app there is a new version. literally every few weeks I have to update it management is completely clueless. now i tried to download the app on my new phone and it won't install. gets to 100% and then resets. also, True changed my unlimited plan to a limited plan without my consent. sneaky bastards.
Rubbish app, these extentions are not even working I keep wasting money doing stupid add-ons on the end doesn't even work extend

do not buy. I topped up they suspended me then I asked why because I have 500 tbh and they keep saying sorry the service is unavailable. do not buy or top up it's a rip off.
This app often stuck. I can't find how to cancel an auto-renewal add-on. They impede unsubscription intentionally.
