Running on a new Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE. App has a bug and will not run. Tried clearing cache. Tried uninstall & reinstall. No luck. Worked fine until now. Suddenly, no worky no more..

The android app is terrible, when I try and open a course lesson the app just crashes. It works fine on my iPhone but on my Pixel it's unusable.
Terrible..! This app lost all my purchases because it wouldn't let me change my password! So I started another account, but it wouldn't let me purchase any courses, it only offered me the option to become a member, which I prefer not to do. it also has Josh Smith courses, but only shows 2 of them, and doesn't list him as an educator! Don't use this app, go to the website where you'll find sanity!!
Crashes non stop now like others have noted.
The content is good, but the app is terrible. There is no way to exit fullscreen without exiting the lesson. You can't watch the video in landscape and also see enough of the tab to follow along. The website interface has more features and works much better.

constantly crashes, tried on two 2024 samsung tablets (7 and 12 in). And im not talking about app crash but within app. i select course and i go to home screen. in the middle of video also goes to app homepage. and then there is smaller bugs like it doest save progress, ive watched it but it still says 0%. terrible experience but competition is no better or i would switch in a heart beat.
The courses are the best out there. I am rating the app. I can't access my lessons without using my laptop. seems like this has been a problem for a while. why not fix it?
full screen mode zooms in to the centre of the video, collapsing the navigation bar on the left cuts off the top third of the video. Sometimes takes you back to the home screen during a course instead of loading the next chapter. Stops playing video when you rotate the tablet. When opening the app the next day to resume videos will not load. Only restarting the tablet helps.

Awful. Purchased a few courses but unable to access them on an android device, prompting me to pay for content I have already purchased. Huge waste of time and money.
True fire with no spark. this app simply doesn't work on android. hangs on every launch. it used to work but now is completely useless.
I love TrueFire but this app needs a lot of work. It crashes often and when playing the videos, audio and tabs are not in sync.
The desktop site is fantastic, but unfortunately this app is awful. Hopefully it can be brought up to a decent standard in the near future.

The annual subscription is listed at ZAR20800 per month, that's $1,250 USD per month, and that's apparently the discounted price. please fix your regional pricing, there's no guitar lessons worth that.
I want to unsubscribe so that I am not billed. I'm not finding a way on this site or Google play. I have been searching for the last few days.
Settings/Tuner then app crashes; every time. l contacted their "Chief Customer Officer", whose email says to contact them about literally anything. Crickets. (I'll happily update this review when something changes).

The app is slow and buggy. It doesn't remember I even logged in. It continually asks me to set my profile. It takes forever to load lists. Using their site through my mobile phone's browser is actually more effective. I now remember why I stopped using it several years ago. The app still sucks like it did then.

Perhaps the buggiest app I've ever used on Android. It is unfathomably awful, crashes, glitches, poorly organized, terrible UI. And before the developers reply asking to email about what lessons this occurs in, blah blah blah, *it happens everywhere, all the time*. Just use the damned thing, QA for this app is trash.
App crashes whenever I try to go to My Courses. I just paid for the yearly subscription, so I guess they got me. Yes the app is up to date, yes I've restarted my phone, no my phone is not rooted, yes I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
Completely broken. Will not stay open on Samsung S24 Ultra.. I am a paying member of all access too so this is very disappointing.
The app won't even open, it just repeatedly force closes.
Disorganized, glitchy, repeatedly crashes and constantly downloads many Gb of data killing any data plan you may have. I've contacted support many times and they don't really seem to care. They have a new beta version they won't release and say they don't know when a new app version will be available. Also if you do get courses downloaded the app will crash more and TrueFire's solution? Delete and reinstall the app and restart the cycle of insanity.

Any time I try to open a song pack, the app either crashes or goes back to the home page. Individual songs work, but not the packs.

When I navigate to my courses and I go to my collections I scroll down and the app crashes, I have something like Playlists organized by intrest and I can't access because it crashes when I scroll. I updates my OS and re-download the app but it still crashes when I scroll through my collections. Needs patching.

I am amending my review about my purchase. I opened the TrueFires website, and in my downloads, found my bcking tracks as savable and playable NOT dependent on their app. It's still a 1 star on the app. Way too cluttered. When I am a full access member and then pay more than $20 for backing tracks, I expect to be able to download them and play them without being tied to an app. The app is just not fun. By the time you spend a couple hours finding what you want, practice time is over.
