it won't set it up
I've had this for the past 3yrs... suddenly In the last few months. all you get is phone numbers, addresses and random acquaintances....I run myself constantly to compare. suddenly I can't pull any of my social media's. I have close to 10... random vehicles listed as mine that I've never owned. bizarre emails show up under me.... I ran my sister, family and everything and the same garbage now pulls up. don't get accurate arrest record for those I know where arrested.... I'm canceling it.
This service and app are complete garbage. Don't waste your money! It will show all kinds of erroneous information about you that cannot be corrected. On top of that, their customer service may be the worst I have ever dealt with!
got charged way more than i thought. watch what package you choose. not happy. i wont be using it for 3 months and also info wasnt there that i know should have been. rip off

TRUEPEOPLESEARCH IS 10x's BETTER!! if you want to pay $30 per month to look at even just 1 persons file (yes, you don't get a single freebie) then oh boy have I going the app for you. TRUEPEOPLESEARCH actually shows you: phone number (previous and possible current number), aliases, email accounts, address (previous and current), possible relatives, and possible associates. THIS LAME AS APP (TRUTHFINDER💩) only shows possible aliases, age, and possible living locations

yesterday it was on sale for a dollar and today its 30 smh
Nightmare. Wasted over 2 and 1/2 hours. created the report save the report. Then can't recall the report. ran it 3 times seems like they verify my name and age every 5 minutes. used to have been verified. that was much faster.
This is the worst background app I have tried. The information provided is very little - I put in a phone number and it doesn't provide the owner's name. On January 26th I paid $28.33 but when I went to run a report I had to pay another another $4.99. Truthfinder is a scam - so Caveat Emptor. Don't waste your money.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription to this app for months and because I don't have access to my phone number used when I opened the subscription, I cannot gain access to the account to cancel it, so, it appears I will be paying $5 every month as I've been for 3 months even after trying to over and over to cancel it, and I can't even use the service... So far it's almost $15, and today they are taking another $5 from me because I can't access the account...
95% of info was wrong. We tested it by running reports on ourselves and few friends. It had basic info correct and everything else was someone else's. Dont waste your time

this app couldn't be more wrong I am a union ironworker I said I worked in Mexico for my wife when I ran a background check on myself let me astray to a lot of stuff just created a lot of problems in my life and I had to cancel it twice

this app released my information on the dark web
not subscribed to it after the 1st month I even went in and did the unsubstantiated in the play store but yet they keep taking money from me every month. I made sure I deleted it in my apps and triple checked to make sure I was unsubcribed before writing this as they just took money again! I havent had a subscription to it in months yet they keep stealing from my account..
They charged me 4.25 for 3 months when I canceled within the trial period. Apparently they have a track record for dishonest behavior like this when it comes to falsely charging customers.

I pay for subscription, but can't use app . it's telling me I don't have subscription then I tried to pay again and it's told me I already made a payment but I still can't use this app. My bank confirmed transaction, Google play sent me a receipt. I call support line and they don't see me in system. I don't understand what to do . I been using this app every once in a while and never had a problem but this time is deferent. I will update my review if this issue will be fixed.

The cost has doubled and the service has been cut in half. Don't recommend to anyone.
You make an account then it does not let you login or rest your password. if you click to rest the password and enter your email, you will receive nothing. If you try to login more than 3 times it gives you 3 min to try again.
Downloaded the app just to be charged for the service it wont load for me. I get an error from Google play store and renew the purchase through the playstore and this app still wont allow me to do any research. I do not recommend this app unless you want to lose $30 for nothing.
