Adress when looking myself up is incorrect along with number, not my current number and is the only number put for my current address. What of the numbers I had didn't have the information. How are family members email come up as my actual email, thats strange but thought. Ya'll also deleted my background report technically cause I can't press it but can get information below the background report check option when typing certain information in name, phone, email, address.

Emails and phone # were all over the place. Save your money. I'd like a refund if possible.

You're asking for way too much money. You don't even show photos in the search to see if we found the right person.
exceptionally slow, I paid for a membership and it wants me to get another subscription so I can view the report. now it's giving me issues logging in and performing anything on the site/app. save your time and money! Will be calling in to complain about this during business hours!
absolute intentional waste of time on their behalf. trusted this service to research someone on a serious time crunch. they play games with you. took an hour to subscribe, well they kept saying they had amazing findings on my subject, after I was finally able to pay for my subscription 2 hours have gone by trying to access my subject. this is not a game to me. don't mess around with these clowns. never got access. only options to pay for second subscription! 4 hours wasted, no results just games

Theres a lot of features that seem to work for some, but this was a waste of time and money. the beginning makes it sound like youre going to uncover all of this information, and takes 20 minutes to complete, only for there to be absolutely nothing. the information isn't accurate and even after paying for a $30 dollar subscription they want more for other content. please refund me edit: my review has gone down to one. After emailing your customer service for a refund I have gotten no answer.

This app couldn't even give me any information ,the address they lived at for over 50 years. I know that because we were neighbors. I put the full name, age and address. city state repeatedly and I got all different age, names and every city and state along with California ! And still nothing about the person I had entered into the app over and over because my information that I entered kept deleting! BS app *Don't waste your money or time here !!! **THE OTHER APPS WORK SO MUCH BETTER

first you go thru loading after loading screen after loading screen for a half hour then in order to get YOUR OWN background,they try to make you pay for a subscription that you will never use again. Appa and website are hard to navigate. contacting them is worse than pulling teeth.WORAT SITE AND APP EVER.0 stars

ive used this app before and it was ok not great but now it is sooo much worse than it was when I started on my background check journey. I always start by checking people I know then move on and most of them r not even close to accurate along with half the time u don't get anyone's criminal history umm kinda y I use this app for 28$ a month it should not combine me with my mother and grandma and give me their criminal history only reason I pay for it! USELESS
app is basicly useless. all info it reported Inalready found on other free sources. doesnt offer any criminal background what so ever. found on public free sights. what's additional funds to save reports. this app is a scam.

the information is pretty good . A lot of it's outdated but I canceled the subscription 3 months ago and it continues to bill me every month.

I've had this for the past 3yrs... suddenly In the last few months. all you get is phone numbers, addresses and random acquaintances....I run myself constantly to compare. suddenly I can't pull any of my social media's. I have close to 10... random vehicles listed as mine that I've never owned. bizarre emails show up under me.... I ran my sister, family and everything and the same garbage now pulls up. don't get accurate arrest record for those I know where arrested.... I'm canceling it.
This service and app are complete garbage. Don't waste your money! It will show all kinds of erroneous information about you that cannot be corrected. On top of that, their customer service may be the worst I have ever dealt with!

TRUEPEOPLESEARCH IS 10x's BETTER!! if you want to pay $30 per month to look at even just 1 persons file (yes, you don't get a single freebie) then oh boy have I going the app for you. TRUEPEOPLESEARCH actually shows you: phone number (previous and possible current number), aliases, email accounts, address (previous and current), possible relatives, and possible associates. THIS LAME AS APP (TRUTHFINDER💩) only shows possible aliases, age, and possible living locations

yesterday it was on sale for a dollar and today its 30 smh
Nightmare. Wasted over 2 and 1/2 hours. created the report save the report. Then can't recall the report. ran it 3 times seems like they verify my name and age every 5 minutes. used to have been verified. that was much faster.
This is the worst background app I have tried. The information provided is very little - I put in a phone number and it doesn't provide the owner's name. On January 26th I paid $28.33 but when I went to run a report I had to pay another another $4.99. Truthfinder is a scam - so Caveat Emptor. Don't waste your money.
