Very unstable. Repeated crashes especially cheque capture process that simply does not work and has caused 6 successive crashes.

my TSB app isn't working atall
Nightmare. all I want to do is buy a £5.00 cinema ticket from VUE Cinemas, and you have made it difficult for me to do this. this payment to approve buissnes, I can't remember my password, Recognition. I don't do face or fingerprint. I do the login number pattern number There is no provision in the TSB for this. So I've given up to complicated. life's to short, so on Tuesday I'll just go along to the Cinema and purchase a ticket it will only cost me a £1.00 more.
WORST APP EVER. downloaded this to new high end phone. Slowest app going. Won't load up details and access account. only way to access is to delete app and reload. pile of chite.
using your app is a nightmare. 'opps something went wrong', 'sorry we were unable to do that','there was unexpected error' all along the way crashed the app on various stages of making a transfer.
abysmal. payments often fail and it is an incredibly slow, buggy app.

Appalling app. Slow, clunky and giving error message that there is no internet connection, when there is. Usual remedy of clearing cache had no effect. Then when successfully logged in told me that session had expired so went through whole process for a third time. Worse than my other banking apps by a long way!

i would give it zero stars if I could. Every single time i try and deposit a cheque the moment i press confirm the app FC's . It's absolutely useless

hi,I have a problem.you want me to delete some of my apps that are important to me so I can update my mobile banking app.At the moment I can't use my mobile banking which is also important to me and I don't want to delete any of my apps important to me,so how do you solve this problem,my alternative is to close my accounts with you which is a pity as I've been with tsb in one form or another for 73 years so please solve it ASAP.
Unfortunately this app is outdated and slow.
Press to update for app on my phone , try to install, eventually telling me it will be installed soon ? Nothing happening. Having to get into my account by old way of logging in , so annoying!!

cannot update app as apparently phone - that isn't that old isn't compatible. All local high street banks have closed, now can't even do phone banking. Absolutely ridiculous.
I have problems connecting to the app message comes up when I try to sign in saying I I have not got and it connection internet connection that is wrong my internet is working perfectly I think someone is trying to scam through this app I'm worried about it

The Bank app and online is past caring about.. there's always something wrong with it or you can't get logged in. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there.
i have been having issues with this app as it keeps breaking and im having to re-install everytime
terrible,still the same,I tried mobile banking with tsb,about 10 years ago it didn't work then and it doesn't work now. Thought I'd try again after ten years,and it's still sending me around in circles,won't log me in,just wants me to reregister,and I've done that,go back to log in,and it wants me to re-register,try to log in and it wants me to re register,try to log back in and it wants me to re-register,and on and on and on. I give up,there's no local branches anymore,and your app is no good

Can't use the app unless i have WiFi because "we weren't able to do that" most of the time. It says in so features they have "savings pots" but when i go too homepage the button is not there.

its very slow incomparison to Natwest online banking app. its also a pain for notifications of marketing things which actually appear on the app itself and its genuinely overly complicated to use again incomparison to other banking apps. Additionally, when I pay for anything online, in store or withdraw money it doesn't provide a notification to my phone, which is concerning as if I lost my card, someone could spend like crazy and I wouldn't even be aware.
I have made a credit card application which is very long-winded considering I have a Spend and Save account and an ISA with TSB, but unsure whether it is now being considered.
can't get into the app, they said they sent a letter with an activation code but this never happened, I've tried to contact but no answer
had problems for days signing in keeps telling me cannot authenticate my details
that chat bot is used to try explain everything yet gets tangled up and loads up past conversations, then becomes unusable. doesn't ever get you to a human
