this app is a scam. I paid for it, and it was not showing what it claims to show. I cancel.my subscription 30 minutes after paying for it. unfortunately it's impossible to get a refund.

The main live page shows that the Raptors game is on TSN4, but when I try to watch it's showing Sports Center reruns. What a joke. Don't advertise that the playoff game is on when there is no coverage! Use any sports streaming app besides this one.
often have to find streams to matches elsewhere even though TSN has the rights because of issues with the app... I pay for a subscription in the hopes this gets better...

absolutely awful (Xbox version) I've been trying to watch the masters on my Xbox for the past 2 years and the app won't even load. anytime I go to use it the screen turns black and stays black.

CONSTANT BUFFERING. we got it so we can watch hockey, OH WAIT WE'RE GEOLOCKED SO WE CANT WATCH MONTREAL UNLESS WE USE A VPN you need three separate services to watch every game. it's bs. I wouldn't care about paying if the service didn't suck so hard. how can the commercials run perfectly but as soon as gameplay is back we're constantly buffering
Default page for a hockey score page is now 6 categories of FanDuel gambling instead of the live game stats.

awful, subscribed to tsn+ to watch "all March madness" turns out that only applies to the first two rounds. ok so I subscribe to full tsn and this garbage app doesn't recognize that, and won't unlock content. Absolutely laughably bad would give 0 stars if I could
I subscribed the 3 month bundle to watch the NBA playoffs, but it doesn't show all the games according to the advertisement. And even full highlights are not shown. I was cheated by the network.
This is craziness. All of the regular TSN channels (1 through 5) are now locked and only TSN+ is available. There seems to be no way to manage the subscriptions through TSN. Neither an the subscription be managed through Google because it shows it expires in January 2027. The help line has been supremely unhelpful.
The lower-tier TSN subscription is misleading in how it’s presented at sign-up. It suggests access to TSN content, but in reality, it does not include live sports, which is a key expectation for most users subscribing to a sports service. The content available on this plan is extremely limited and largely consists of highlights and clips that are already accessible for free on platforms like YouTube. There is little added value in paying for this tier. There needs to be clearer communication
app is junk. I can be at a live Winnipeg Jets game and when I open up TSN app on my phone to watch using data it says I am outside the viewing area. don't waste your money on a subscription. they blame it on NHL rules but Sportsnet doesn't have this problem
login errors constantly. audio sync is awful.
Don't get this if you plan on watching F1 the morning after, on demand is delayed, coverage is poor. App overall functions poorly and is not worth the money. Beware of TSN's no refund policy even after trying to cancel an annual subscription after a week.
Insane that TSN adds advertising when you select the "watch" tab to watch live content that I have access to as a paid member. Why am I being hit with a mandatory ad that cannot be skipped to watch content I PAY to access as a subscriber?! This is not to mention the absolutely insane subscription fee TSN asks for... honestly, the second an alternative is available I am out.
TSN changed their games on demand policy for rugby. They did not publicise this change. Previous years it was available, now it's not. they then refused to refund the month of subscription, stating that their FAQ says not all games are available.

Play, 3ads, seek where you left off, 3ads. Interfering overlay advertising taking 1/3 of the screen for more than a full minute ruining whatever your watching. Stops casting randomly, stops audio, crashes. No resume at same timestamp for stopped recordings. Why would I start an on demand game still in progress from the start when you shove score spoilers in my face as soon as the app starts? Should have an option to only show stats/news when requested instead of by default.
I paid for an annual subscription because it said it had all F1 content and replays. I want people to know that they DO NOT have the rights to the F1 content and it might not be on there. I tried to cancel and get my money back after only having the app for 30 mins, after being on the phone with support for nearly 2 hours of the most slow drawn out process, they finally told me that the subscriptions are non-refundable for any reason. The ads are misleading. DO NOT get a subscription to TSN+

Sportsnet and nhl app don't have commercial adds that make you wait to check the score. tsn used to have a good app but this is garbage.

Had a black screen since early December when there was an update. Phoned 3 times, wasted time, ticket number no help. Talking to ovetpaid robots. it's February, used to work on phone at least, nothing now. get the buffering wheel. tried reinstall, updates, reset. only this app does not work on my brand new Samsung tv. Longtime customer no longer. Going to BBB to get my money back and buyer beware for CTV news!! Junk!!!
the radio player on this app is horrendous..always stops or crashes. have a new pixel 10 up to date. App is up to date as well. lots of bandwidth and this terrible app keeps stopping. Sportsnet app on the other hand streams with no problems at all. The TSN developers should learn how to build an app from them.
i have tsn+ sub and can watch the game I want on my phone and cast it on tv but on the tv it's promoting me to change my sub to another sub ( like tsn+ yearly )!!!!! why the hell should I need to cast??!?!! i just need to watch on my tv
Programs will show as locked even though you're subscribed and I'm forced to repeatedly restart just for them to unlock. Good luck getting any sort of NBA on this too. $25/month and you don't even have the NBA All Star game available is absolutely insane.

absolutely terrible took my $8 from me and only offered random redundant sports and re-runs of garbage programs that I can watch on YouTube for free..... don't even offer a credit to upgrade they keep your 8 dollars and want you to spend $30 more.. beware you will lose $8 and not be able to watch a hockey game or football TSN The Scam Network
absolute scam, said i could watch the superbowl pre game, but you have to subscribe to the $80 plan to, when they said online you only needed the $8 plan.
I have been using it for several weeks & now today it will not stream to my tv. not my phone or TV, all my other apps are working fine. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

Downloaded, subscribed and cancelled within 15 min. contacted customer support, they called it an in-app purchase and that they can't refund me I have go go through google.
Subscriptions are not clear. Tried to watch the scotties final and the cheapest option was $8 plus tax. So I purchased that then learned that it doesn't include the scotties when thats what the app offered me now im out that money as there are no refunds. Google AI said that it was included with TSN+. I'm not paying $30 after taxes to watch one game plus the money I already lost. Complete rip off. Make it more clear when you click on something that your offers match the requested stream
