I just paid for a new subscription and can't get anything from the app. I'm using android.
on Android and all the menu buttons are across the bottom so that you can't select them. they're behind the navigation buttons on my phone
Always a day late and dollar short on investing. Every time i checked and adjusted my allocations based on tsp tips recommendations, compared to the L Funds i lost money. This last 6 months i ended up negative 7% of my investments while the L FUNDS were poaitive 4 to5 % . To say I am not happy with this app is an understatement. I know all the stock market took a beating this year, but tsp tips only made the losses hurt worse!

Better performance using an target year L fund. Don't use this.
Awful customer service. Stuck in this auto contract and service with no way to get out. I tried 3 emails, still no responce.
Absolutely horrible, I was up most of the year managing myself started following once I joined. I have lost $20000 since I started following the advice seems to be a day late and a dollar short. So disappointed even after my friends convinced me to go to it for several years. I will be canceling this week. I should have known when the social media site sucked only 95 people liked it nothing been active on it for 5 years the website is horrible.
I've only lost money with this app, used it for two years. Dont recommend.
TSP Tips is fairly useless. You will get better results if you just never download this app and just put all of your money in a late L fund or just 100% in the C Fund or better yet, a mix of the C/S/I funds. If you google "I subscribed to TSP Tips so I could backtest it. Completely unsurprising results inside." you'll see a good analysis on Reddit for the performance of the service.
Is only free for 24 hours while you open the account then you need to sing up for monthly payments. Spams to your email 24/7 DO NOT DOWN DOWNLOAD IT WILL SPAM YOUR EMAIL

Fake Free Trial. I went in to get a 3 month free trial as it was advertised within the app and once I clicked Subscribe it now said 31 days. I canceled immediately.
