verschrikkelijke app, ik mag hem 10 keer per dag herinstalleren omdat hij een error geeft op de boeking, en na even te werken mag je weet opnieuw herinstalleren tot hij het eindelijk doet. en vanaf vandaag doet hij blijkbaar helemaal niks meer lekker dan.
Wauw, deze App zit echt vol met fouten. 1 ster voor de GUI.

notifications never go to the place in the app where the actual information is shown. information is not accurate, like the visiting times of the agent in the hotel.
horrible app. I expected it to send only notifications about my travel (like change of flight time). but Tui misuses the app to send you also advertising.
crashes a lot. as soon as it's opened it gives an unknown error but you can use the app. in resorts they say you can book facilities in the Tui app but that's not true and no one knows how you can do this.
Useless app from start to finish. Opposite of a smooth experience (& that's without mentioning the "deal" of paying for 4 days, but arriving after midnight on day 1 and leaving before 7 am on day 4!), abysmal lack of transparency and overall bad communication. Even when I managed to talk with someone via the chat, they told me either they couldn't do anything or they were working on it but the result was that NOTHING was done. I advise against those services ESPECIALLY if you have a disability.
the app did not show my current booking, and when I tried to add it, it did not recognise the booking
impossible to change the language in the app. Impossible to understand anything, not all your customers are Dutch, they might be just flying out from the Netherlands to another destination.
the apps are geo-restricted !! utter nonsense. it is 2025, the internet is borderless! you need to have a Dutch google account to be able to use the Dutch app. Also the website is only in Dutch and their vacations differ from other TUI websites! complete nonsense and annoyance.
It keeps stopping since the update. Now I cannot see my booking details in my vacation, not very handy.

Had vroeger heel veel keuzes en opties voor verschillende vakantie bestemningingen. Nu is het echt heel povetjes wat keuze vakantie bestemmingen.
I reviewed this app in 2020 and gave it one star. I decided to give it a go again in 2024 and I'm happy to say my review still stands. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP, USE THE WEBSITE. Whoever made this app should be ashamed of themselves.
Online check-in doesn't work. The app is useless unless you enjoy receiving spam.

No live updates via app. No communication either. Shame. Chat is the same as the website, no human interaction whatsoever. In the meantime we are stuck on an island. Is anyone going to take us back home TUI?

The idea of having everything you need for a trip in one app is great. Unfortunately that goal was never realised. So many serious errors it's a waste of time.

Het is maar goed dat we van onze reisagent een ouderwets stapeltje papieren hadden gekregen voor onze rondreis met 5 vluchten want deze **** app laat alleen de heenvlucht zien.

How to change app language in TUI Nederland app?
Not a good app. Slow and not up to date
Al lange tijd een error met inloggen. Via laptop werkt alles, app helaas niet...
App language is force only to Dutch and making this app unusable for non dutch speakers. Travel details are important to understand in detail and I always have to go back to web to check in English. Almost forcing me to avoid using tui app
You are better off going to their website. Don't bother downloading this horrible app.
It's a kind of shame having such a bad synchronized app for such a big company as Tui is( At the end, I just deleted it. Because I can't find my bookings in the app that I see in the same account but on the web
Een app bestaande uit alleen websites is geen app.
Handig dat er gemeld wordt dat je vooral geen spaties in je achternaam moet gebruiken als je een boeking toevoegt. Daarnaast gewoon een dramatisch slechte app

De functionaliteiten werken niet. Krijg foutmelding of delen lijken niet compleet. Kan ook geen stoel reserveren via de app of uitjes bijboeken. Nutteloos op dit moment.
