Booking will not open
It won't recognise my booking Ref & there's no Rep in my hotel so how do I know when I'm being picked up from my hotel to go home?
the app is poor. login is unpredictable. I believe it thinks i have logged in but it's not sure. As for security the app is flawed. Has all the hallmark of an indian development

Absolutely terrible! Constant problems with logging in. Useless!
After the developers released an update that won't install on my Huawei phone (EMUI 12 / Android 10), I can no longer access the booking for my upcoming holiday. Fortunately, despite what Tui say, you don't actually need it as you can simply use their website. Deleted, saving 150MB of storage !

why can I not get the TUI app on my phone
despite uninstalling and reinstalling and all the other things like switching airplane mode off and on again - switching phone off and on again - the managing booking gives nothing but information about seating, awful app
there is an error message on my booking so can't do anything waste of time

absolutely terrible you click on important links and get a message saying unable to open this link. this really needs sorting i cant access any of my flight tickets because of this

to expensive on holidays
when you now filter Stars and TripAdvisor rating there are no results found . it says no hotels . on Google pixel 10 pro.
I have been trying for weeks to unsubscribe but have found it impossible. I am plagued with e mails from tui. I just want them to stop. I won't be booking a tui holiday if flights are with carendon Airways ever again, they are a nightmare.
animation team brillient , room very nice, food acceptable entertainment rubbish,kids entertainment finished about 9.30, then kids on the floor running around or messing about on the stage

The App is not working Again!! I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, it worked fine but now it's stopped working again, this needs sorting asap.
The app doesn't load in amd have to clear cache and data every time I go on it for it to work. Soon as I exit the app it stops working again. Not even worth 1 star review as it's useless and not fit for purpose.
it's not always responsive even though my Internet is working perfectly.

we booked a holiday with TUI but the flights are with another air line , now i have to deal with the other airline for the flights and Tui wth the hotel and transfers ,
filter for budget could be easier to control

I was'nt impressed this week with the food served on my Dreamliner flight from Mexico at breakfast this . A hard bun/croissant with chocolate inside & a fruit yoghurt. Also a half measure of tea or coffee. Not enough room to eat it either. Also im sure the seating has been reduced to fit another seat across the width of plane. Toilets tiny too, not enough of them for amount if passengers.
