Trotz mehrfacher Deinstallation, Neuinstallation und Anmeldung kommt nicht mehr.

App startet nicht. Es kommt ein schwarzer Seite mit TUI in Weiss oben links.
Ich filtere die Reisen und wenn ich auf eine draufklicke wird alles weiß als das App laden würde, aber kommt nichts. Egal auf welche Reise ich klicke, keine kann angezeigt werden.

Ich möchte die Möglichkeit haben, einzelne Nachrichten-Kategorien unterschiedlich zu behandeln, so dass ich z. B. Push-Nachrichten zu meiner gebuchten Reise, wie z. B. Flugänderungen, erhalte, aber "Spam" (Werbung) z. B. unterdrücken kann. Update: App wurde gerade deinstalliert, der verdammte Spam nervt. Wird erst wieder bei Beginn unserer Urlaubsreise installiert.
After a long email exchange with customer service I was informed that I simply cannot upload my flight details on any of the TUI apps because it doesn't support reservations through Tuifly. I travel around 10 times per year, this is the first time I book with TUI and the first time I have been told by an airline that I cannot do webcheck in and have a mobile boarding pass on an app. If this lack of professionalism carries on to their airplanes, I better get a life insurance before my flight.
Nicht benutzbar. Registrierung nur mit Buchungscode möglich. Nach Eingabe des Buchungscode kommt eine Fehlermeldung, dass mein zuvor per EMail zugeschickter Buchungscode einer gebuchten Flugreise nicht korrekt sei. App ist also völlig unbrauchbar.
App is constant saying it's not working, the photos won't upload it's slow and frustrating therefore I'm uninstalling it
Does not allow to register or retrieve bookings without registration
The app is barely functional and seems to be headed from bad to worse. I constantly receive error codes. I try to search for a trip - error code, refresh (between 10 - 35 times), finally get to the page that you have tried to reach for an hour. You try to add filters - error code, refresh more times than you can count, start to believe that there might be an opportunity that you could actually get to the page you've been trying to get to for ages at this point and ... the app kicks you out.
Each time I login I am logged out directly by the app, had to restart the app. There are tippos in text, "im Urlaub vort Ort", the app froze while using it. I didn't spend much time using it..
cannot register in app, and after having registered on website i cannot log in. absolutely useless.
This app was probably designed in the 80's. Very difficult to use, impossible to share offers with family members. Saving favorite offers almost never works. Zero consistency for content. If it wasnt for the offers, I would have uninstalled and never returned here.
Zero customer service! I tried to call their service to cancel my trip but no answer. I wrote a n email but it didn't help. I went to their office and they told me that they don't do cancelation on the office and because of the high request they don't answer to the calls! I would never ever suggest it to anyone

This App is useless, I downloaded it to track my online reservation and it does not recognize the reservation number. I have tried customer service but without response and both versions of the Tui and MyTui apps. Very frustrating...
Stupid app..... You can't register!!!!!!! I'm from Germany and i already used theirs services but app still bullshiting me....

Such scammers . They showed me the price €34 per person.. And when I tried to book they say sorry its €111 Well take it like this.. If you can't give it to me for the first price then don't f**king show a fake price from the beginning.

I log in they kick me out with an explanation "something went wrong". And all of that 30 times a day. I got a notification from TUI cause we are supposed to fly today -cant open it cause "something went wrong AGAIN". So let's just hope our flight goes well with all this corona changes and the war cause I have no idea if something changed because I can't open the stupid app without crasching.
The app is somehow not complete 🤔 So many button and letters are missing, can't even search a destination
Not very easy to navigate. Booking additional excursions is ridiculous as I have to enter all my information again, even though I'm logged in already.
Hello, I was once using the app when it randomly crashed, I re-opened it and it crashed again. So this time I uninstalled it, and re-installed it, everything was fine for 5 minutes, it crashed again, please fix this bug because I am trying to look for vacation in summer break, and I am trying to have a fun time there.
