bugbear always have bugs. and support team never help. I've sent many feedback but no difference. i can MAKE IT work easily and Performance is perfect but, bugs are annoying. version 5 is absolutely Not working and can't log in. At All. Never. Don't Rawr me, tell the support team to fix them. i have contacted them enough.

I'm deleting this useless app and everyone should do same. other vpn apps have premium subscription but yet you can connect to a few other countries without paying for premium. you guys are just thieves.

What's the point of a VPN if it can't change your country? Located in the UK, turns on VPN, IP address is STILL in the UK because it's "fastest". Makes sense given it's the least distance, but this really doesn't help. The VPN should connect to the fastest country OUTSIDE of yours, which would be much better, although not as good as having full choice. Even a choice of 5-10 countries would be ok.

Does not allow to choose the country to tunnel to. By default tunnels to the same country, making it virtually useless
I constantly get the message that "oops something happened" when trying to log in. It's been a consistent issue. I'm unable to use the VPN. Edit: I've tried restarting my device, and reinstalling the app. Basic Troubleshooting has not helped. This feels like a issue with the software.
Been running this on android for about 10 years as a subscriber. Seems to work well on a PC, but android version is the flakiest app that I have. the latest version requires a full reinstall every single time you want to connect. Currently not fit for purpose. expect to see one of the following messages very regularly.: "we can't currently find that's email and password combination". "no Internet". "try again later".

used this app for years, recently subscribed for more data but since I have I keeps login me out, saying it's not available. I've had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. Works fine on my pc but phone which I mainly use it for it's not
its been a long time now that app bugs very badly,keeps saying no internet and even if u are already in u cant turn it on and u have to reinstall...
This app back in the day used to be the most reliable VPN service. I remember when this app used to give an extra 2000 mb for tweeting about it and used to give other countries for free for a limited mobile data amount. Now freemium has ended and everything is locked behind a paywall and free vpn only works in-country which totally defeats the point of a vpn. They have lost the vision. im giving a 2 star review for what is now and not what is was before
