This vpn was "decent" only because it was free with some limitations. Now EVERYthing is paid and its just useless

Free tier is pointless. Only allows you to show you’re in the same country.
This is not a vpn. it's a play because it's only good at showing VPN is on. while everything else remains the same like you never turned up a vpn. I'm talking about the unlimited package. very nonsense app

I paid 3 years subscription plan and what i got is recurring connection issue. the connection often lapse due to my account suddenly become free version and any unknown reason. i have to re-log again & again. vigilant bear feature also not working. As customer, I don't ask much. just stable connection, acceptable speed, and proper encryption easily win 5 star from me, but it seems hard to them. I already raise this issue one year ago and they just promise to fix it. yet here we are again

Automatically disconnects in background.... Useless for a while, stops google search, sites...

What's the point of a free VPN that doesn't let you connect to any other country without paying? At that point it's just false advertisement, this app used to be better when the paywall simply limited the traffic, now you can't even use it for the most basic of functions

When i used it a while ago, i probably would have rated the app 5/5, now it serves no purpose in my phone; if you guys were able to make such a good FREE version of the app in the past at the very least you could make a US connection available, and in a very plausible form one in each continent, now it's just as any other VPN service useless. There a large public that doesn't need a VPN connection every day, and in those times you get to use them you don't want to pay more than 2$.luvyallbutfkkk

yeah no. this app one of friendly user but now its more corporate money drained. other vpn can atleast choose a country on free version with limited speed.

Was a GOAT app, and then they took away a lot of free connections. I get it. Money and all, but sad nonetheless. RIP to the big Bear.
