Put a lot of time into filling out all my information, then near the end it would only let me "confirm" that I had no income. It would not me correct it and put in an income. The only option it gave me was to say that I had no income. 10/10 ragebait. 0/10 tax return app.

scam, all across the board it's a scam, DO NOT USE

Surprise! Hidden paywall for literally no reason other than to milk taxpayers for everything they're worth. These scam artists want money just because I made $1,000 that didn't come from my employer. It must have been designed by people outside of Canada for people not living in Canada. It requires the highest of reliable internet connections or else it times out while after 2 literal seconds while I'm staring at the screen. These people obviously have no idea what it's like to live in Canada.

ever since I had to get the app, I can not log into my account anymore. I'm being asked multiple questions about codes and passwords. extremely frustrating!

I wasted 2 days (4 hours and 2 hours). There was a functional issue preventing me from editing my tax forms. Support was very poorly trained. They lied and said they fixed the issue. I told them its not going to work, but they insisted. My tax return was declined but they charged me the $56.00 and won't give my money back. I downloaded StudioTax, it was a bit quirky, but it filled in all my forms (T4, RL1, 5008 etc.) It was FREE and took me only 45 minutes.

I already filed by Provincal taxes myself and need a way to file my Federal taxes, but it seems impossible to ONLY file Federal with this app. I've tried multiple times and wasted many hours trying to figure out how to prevent TurboTax from filing my Provincial taxes a second time. Very hard app to deal with, I won't try it again.
