Absolute garbage. Terrible unreliable flaky and useless app. Worst airline app I have ever used. Kept on losing my boarding card, eventually on the return flight it would not show the boarding pass at all, which caused me huge problems. Not good enough and not fit for purpose. If there was a zero star rating I would have used that instead.

Absolutely horrendous app. It looks nice but it doesn't do anything. After the Turkish airlines website wouldn't allow me to purchase tickets after trying 3 times, I decided to try their app. After selecting my seats and clicking continue, the app told me that it couldn't process my request and to try again later. I tried again every 30 seconds for 5 minutes and there was no change. Then the app kicked me out due to inactivity even though I had been active the whole time. Worthless app.
Very disappointing experience with Turkish Airlines. My flight segment was cancelled, and instead of offering a proper alternative, I was left to deal with it on my own. They kept redirecting me to the agency without taking responsibility or helping resolve the issue. Customer support was unhelpful and showed no urgency, even though my travel date was very close. I ended up paying a lot extra out of pocket for something that wasn’t my fault. Not reliable and extremely stressful experience
One of the worst apps I've ever used. Badly organized and some things are virtually impossible to accomplish. Check in was terrible; despite numerous attempts to scan my passport it never worked. Trying to add another traveling companion was so frustrating I gave up - it took me ten tries to enter their date of birth without it reverting to today's date, and the list of frequent flyer programs did not include Turkish Airlines (incredible). Their website is just as bad. Useless app.
This airlines is Fraudster.. on January 2026 for extra baggage they charge me $600 imagine! mostly airlines for extra baggage charge $275 👎🚫
You cannot create an account (sign up) with this app in English. Shame ..
Worst experience with Turkish Airlines. My wife and child were traveling from Kolkata to Houston. After boarding, the Delhi flight was canceled, then repeatedly rescheduled (4:30 PM to 7 PM) with no clear communication. They have been awake for over 20 hours, completely exhausted. The airline failed to provide proper accommodation or support. Very poor management and no care for passengers. Not recommended.
Useless, did not recognise ticket numbers, could not check in, and no flight information provided. I suggest the developer goes and looks at some of their competitors.
do not transfer money to tk pay wallet. you can't use it to re-book your flight and you can't transfer money from your wallet to your bank account.

totally useless app. can't scan passport, can't scan visa, can't create boarding pass. Always asks to "fill passenger form" again even if it's filled already
Cannot remember my credentials for miles and smiles even for a day. Terrible experience
UI is generally passable but the frequent flier implementation is trash, the passport scanner doesn't work, the country dropdowns don't allow filtering, adding boarding passes to google wallet doesn't work, etc.
Extremely bad company
Once I bought my tickets, which were not cheap and with a very long layover, the prices and durations miraculously became lower. when I tried to change the flight, no results were showing up. So, now I am stuck. If the change is not allowed, y r u mentioning it? Last time to fly with on these airlines. Even when they responded, they directed me to a social media account to dismiss my complain and review.

worst support staff. don't properly read feedback tickets and send generic replies. next time try just telling people you simply don't care and delete the ticket. it might go down better

booked flight thought I would use the app to stay updated and easy changes etc could not get passed the confirm password not easy to use sorry deleted app.

Yesterday at around 13:00, I had online check in problem because of passport and visa entries. My check in and seat selection seemed successful, but could not get boarding card. I asked to TK online support, they did something, but could not get boarding pass, also I lost reserved seat. They offered me the remaining available seats with additional price. I said I want free one. They adviced me to get the boarding pass at airport. Now I am at airport, flight overbooked, about the miss flight.
NOT User friendly option when trying to input password in app. It's 2026 why doesn't the app open a full keyboard to enter a password as instead of the BASIC 10 alphanumeric keypad. It is very frustrating to enter information on both my cellphone and tablet then offered a cellphone keypad to enter my PIN - frustrating 🫤
