Turo - Better car rental

My account wouldn't get approved since the moment of signing up. Tried to get it verified and approved for years through the service chat and by email. Never got a reply or any help. Update- I've reached out every other week for about a month now with absolutely no response or update.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. They will screw you over by pushing their billing dates up to where they attempt to get all of their money up front if you have a multi month rental scheduled. They are charging me for two months even though I have yet TO EVEN GET THE CAR. Customer service does not know what they are doing, and their supervisor is no better.

dont rent from turo ever and dont host with these guys ever. worst company ever, check Fb and reddit first. terrible experience, felt robbed

Just an all around bad experience

Le check in / check out n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Camera grand angle non disponible donc on arrive difficilement à prendre des photos, aucune instruction d'angle de photo. Latence dans la prise de photo et aucun aperçu de la photo prise. Les étapes du check in et check out dates d'une autre époque. De toute urgence cette application à besoin d'un renouvellement à ce niveau. Pour le locataire et le loueur c'est ultra important. Faites le nécessaire pour le bien de tous. Merci
