I've used this app for years, and now it started showing me adds before being able to view my baby cam! Who wants to see ads at 4am trying to check on their child?!

I have a doorbell camera and when I go to see the live footage, I'm confronted by a 30% off ad for a product. WHY? stuff like this is why most people don't trust apps with their private info. What ever happened to Integrity? is there a pro version I can pay for to make the ad go away? C'mon now, you already wanted a ton of information for permissions and now this nonsense

the M2 automated cat box I purchased utilities this app. while the cat box itself works great, the app is mostly worthless. No notifications if the box is full, stuck, etc. What is the point of a set it and forget it litter box if I still have to check it constantly because of the poorly developed app?
wifi devices are useless. no functionality with home assistant without an API which you need to pay for.

bought this feeder for 3 cats. it came with 3 bowls you attach to the feeder. the feeder will not connect to my wifi. you can only use the feeder if it connects to your wifi.

Ads and AI. That's what this app is about now. Instead of providing a reliable tool to control lighting, they shoved ads into every screen and made sure to add some half-baked "AI features". I am flashing an open-source firmware on my tuya lamps first chance I get.
App starts to show ads and there's no way to disable them. Willing to pay $3 to remove those ads permanently as one-time purchase, not subscription. AI features "hey tuya" are totally useless, cannot be disabled, and subscription cost is WAY TOO expensive.
In order for my device to work, I have to be present within a few feet in order to unlock it using my phone I cannot be in another state and unlock my phone or around the city and just go to the app because it will not connect. To my home, Wi-Fi
Now there are ads at least make a paid version so I dont to see the stupid ads BRING back icon Change sucks having the default ones The Ai is stupid please make it so I can turn it off.THE APP used to be quite good but every update it seems to get worse with more clutter and stuff no one actually wants or uses.

I have a Tiger 8. I can't see how to connect it to this app. Google suggested using minimotors dual Tron and entering with serial number. I'm going to delete this one.
This app is bugged af. I already connect my wifi but it keeps tell me to reconnect. so bad

it doesn't allow personalization of push notifications, it only uses the default low volume system notification, and in this case you really want to sound like an alarm... Also, the huge amount of AI slop that has been added is straight annoying besides useless!!!
Not only does the app refuse to work without the precise location, but it is also unable to work without wi-fi. It should be noted that I'm only trying to turn on a light bulb in my desk lamp and change the light colour via Bluetooth. That's it. What am I supposed to do if my wi-fi is out? Be condemned to an unwanted lighting colour and dimness? Requiring an internet connection for lighting is absolutely preposterous.

worked great for a little while on our warcat litter box but now the whole thing looks like batld html programming. app doesn't work anymore for the litter box :-(
My HD mini camera smoke detector continuously keeps going offline yet my Wi-Fi signal is strong. How do I fix the problem or do I need to return it to Amazon where I purchased it?
The app only records a short video with my security cam then erases it shortly after, even when set to use a 128Gb card. There are times when there are multiple detections in a day but earlier videos are only saved as a single photo. 80 bucks for a camera and app that can't record much.
will not work for what I needed
Horrible app. Doesn't connect to litterbox. if you want notifications you have to buy a subscription. one thing they do not tell you and is nowhere seen, the litterbox doesn't clean properly unless you sit it upon a hard surface. the space in which the cat goes is too small for my cat which is 12-lbs. Frustrated to buy something so well spoke of just to have multiple problems. Tiktok should stop selling so much junk!
Absolutely stupid update , now i cant schedule my watering cycle without being connected to the internet, what a stupid update they did, I absolutely hate this for a module that can run off bluetooth who is the genius that made this choice... Change this ridiculous requirement to be connected to the Internet to change scheduling.....

don't use this, it was a halfway decent app and then someone decided it was a good idea to fill it with useless ai slop widgets, I don't care about having the "ai" menu occupy half the screen while I try to do my usual management thanks, please revert this now, it's useless, and once I find a new app I will be uninstalling this and deleting the account it's linked to
cloud in China, no local server in Argentina. lag is significant, 3-6 sec delay between button press and turn on/off sometimes. awful.
Avoid this Chinese junk and so do their products. Their new app is trying to shove AI down your throat that you cannot control your Bluetooth device offline or even the device that is connect to the same network as your mobile WiFi connection but without internet connection. Why tf do I need Internet to control device in my home network. This app is just an AI marketplace with surveillance through cloud. So, just tired of this s...
ever since the new update, my device will not connect unless im sharing the same wifi connection. Does not work with mobile data.
To much not responding crashing app. Now when i open it wants me to agree for my personal info. Don't trust app now. Also even at low alert I wake up with fake alerts of just bug or wind but will not alert or save times when camera moves and sees something that actually happens but don't save time stamp like it would for a bug fly. I wouldn't recommend this camera to no one. You would think at low alert it wouldn't send me everything. The camera on motion has never gone up/down. Just sideways.
garbage knock off devices don't work on 5g wifi but still says it's connected to my 5g wifi worked fine until new updated app don't buy this bs take the devices back where you got it from get ur refund the systems are also stupid robots vac gets stuff on its own brushes
not great. just using it for a litter tray, and it's getting dates and times wrong, showing wrong names, not sending notifications, and generally harvesting as much data as it can

app is not that user friendly.
At best this app is simply a data collection scheme, sketchy manufacturers get to use their SDK in exchange for troves of your data collected from your phone. At worst it's facilitating malware by allowing any sketchy IoT maker to piggyback off their app, these devices often end up as botnets or proxys that cause massive damage. These devices are all bad either way. Google "Tuya Malware". Don't be swayed by the fake reviews.
terrible stupid device. it won't set up. why is the app for general home smart devices. I am just trying to set up an automatic dog feeder and the device won't pair. don't use this app or buy any products associated with them
it's aright the subscription are Hella out hand. You can handle get video recording of someone walking in your yard. it's kinda useless
shouldn't have to sit in the dark because the app sucks 💯
