This app started inserting ads recently. I don't need to see ads for my home alarm system. I will be switching to something else ASAP, and I recommend you all do the same.
Not convenience to use, disconnect to online camera frequently, very complicate to re-connect

Why need an AI assistant to turn on lights for you?, and It says I need data to use the app I would not recommend this for the people that don't have data on their phones it's absurd. I hope that this apps customer service will reach out about these problems.

The assistant "ad" moves the control I want to access on the main screen and the "assistant" "chat" takes up the space where the control buttons were. Your AI is literally a waste of space and a nuisance.

Although small and hard to understand instructions, 3 of my small cats and I loved the litter box. I've owned it for less than a year, and today, it just stopped working. No lights , no power, nothing. I can't access the email through the app it doesn't work either. I spent under $200. for this but am very disappointed. I will never buy through this company again.
will not pair. app can only log in and log out, nothing else. no options presented. no way to add any device.

this was made by a 10 year old with a marketing degree from temu. why do i need cloud storage for an automatic cat feeder? i dont care about the garbage you make, i got a thing and need this worthless app. why is it constantly trying to get my information and why is it so difficult to just program a feeder?

What garbage spam/spyware! You should not need an account to see an escooter's battery!!!
That last update is AWFUL and doesn't bode well for the future of this app. It even asks you if you want to let it read your phone and other apps. Currently it doesn't force you to, you can "deny it" (or at least that's what it seems), but the writing is on the wall. I'll need to figure out if, using Alexa or Home or even HA, I can circumvent using this app, which never was very intuitive but now it's just worse.
I have to click through ads every time I use the app... for hardware that I bought.
at first It wouldn't stop disconnecting even though I'm right next to it while it's clearly on. and now for some reason now It keeps saying for me to open my Bluetooth when it is on, not even mentioning it's locked on landscape since I'm on my tablet.
AI everywhere.....crp design and now it overrides my dark theme as well....poor development skills... fix it. make your useless ai feature OPTIONAL.

after reconnecting to the app after a few months. The lock stopped locking. Tuya controls when lock stops working. And when you need to buy a new one horrible company. don't buy
The worst! never connects to the sauna.
I have a account with Tuya and suddenly they changed rules. I accept these "rules" and can't sign in because I forgot the account info. There is no way to get my sign in info which is the reason for 1 star. Tuya changes rules without any notification! I look for a honest app with costomer service!
This app always forgets what is connected, so I have to keep adding things back.
App is slow to respond, requests many unneeded permissions, and has a useless AI integration. Not everything needs to be a chatbot. You are wasting money on tokens for this nonsense. Your app is worse than an infrared remote. I would sacrifice literally all of these "features" for an app that doesn't have to load-doing what seems like retrieving information from the internet, for 30 seconds to change my light colour. Instead of cutting the features when they're too costly, cut them now.
Last update!! HORRIBLE!! It's not working! It takes too much time... and does nothing!! And where's the option to turn off or remove "hey tuya" AI assistant bar or something! It's nonsense! The app works.... worst than ever!! That AI bar...when we are checking our devices... it doesn't make sense. Just ruining the app.

Stopped sending notifications after just 2 hours! I was testing a door lock and just like that, no notifications. So guess what, I already had a different door lock under Smart Life app and the new lock from Tuya, added successfully to the Smart Life app which works fine!!!
ugh. robo vacuums aren't there yet. it's more annoying then just doing it myself.
take the play button away from middle of manual vacuum control, and make vacuum stay on the suction power level that the user sets, Right now it defaults to middle suction every time and makes me very angry i have to select high suction every time i want to properly vacuum my space!

Getting some ads for the premium version or whatever which are very hard to click off of, and I'm just trying to TURN ON MY LIGHTS. Very annoying.
Did anybody ask for an AI chatbot in tuya? Wouldn't those investments be more appropriate for proper translations and proofreading?
