this app is a disaster
This app is terrible. I tried multiple times to create an account so I could track my truck rental, and every time the app ran into some problem and couldn't even allow me to sign in. Switched to just using their website. U-Haul, if you're going to get an app for people to use, you ought to make sure it's stable and functional.
Terrible! installed several times and would not open sends me back install again and again
the worst app ever does not have updated trucks or correct rental info this site will have you wasting time.

Went through all the steps to return my Van and then at the end it said updating our records and would not continue no matter what. Now I have no idea if it completed it & have been on hold waiting to speak to someone for over 25 minutes! 😡🤬

All it says is "Oops! something went wrong" and I can't do anything else.
DO NOT TRUST THIS APP. I HIRED SOME WORKERS FROM HERE AND GOT TAKEN FOR $1,000.

The app doesn't work. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled several times to no avail
awful application. constantly kicking me back to precious steps causing me to have to take photographs of the truck multiple times and then stuck on loading screens and having to redo the entire pick up / drop off process over and over again. maybe try using the app developers and you'll realize it doesn't even work
I reserved my equipment a month in advance and then received a call less than 24 hours before saying they didn't have it and I need to drive way farther, an hour in total added just to pick up the truck size I had requested at my local location
the app won't open. it says oops, something went wrong. no amount of clearing caches, deleting and redownloading, or any other troubleshooting fixes it

I get "Oops! Something Went Wrong" immediately on opening the app off a fresh install.
Garbage. Total garbage and huge waste of time. Literally could not return my rental without calling a CSR, which took over 15 min to get on the line. App would not accept equipment photos, so the return could not be completed. Fix your app and stop wasting people's time. My experience has ensured that I will be using Penske in the future.

Well, it doesn't work, so it's an obvious zero stars for not working at all. Even after updating it today, it still just says: "Oops, something went wrong. Try again later." Well, it's later and still not working. Gave it all permissions, cleared data 10 times.
horrible experience we rent a week ahead and get called the day before pickup to say that they only have a truck available 300km away from our city or maybe the next week. never again

Makes you re enter all the same info you've already put in the web site. Whatever they paid for this app to be developed was too much. This app is the opposite of what it claims..it adds serious friction to the rental experience instead of making it easier.

The worst app in ANY electronic data repository developed by an annual multi-billion dollar revenue business. On the day I needed a truck for moving, the worst part of the truck rental was this inept app that would not open. If these billionaire entrepreneur's don't fix this app, I will not come back in the future.
The words I want to use are forbidden in most of the contiguous states...
