I would like to be able to see scheduled payments in " pay my bills". Now when i look for my account details, they're not right there. Now I have to download everything. I liked the app when it first came out. Stop changing everything. Everytime you do an update , everyone has to completely relearn the app, or website.
doesn't work without access to your text messages on most recent update. app unusable
No dark mode, full of ads
this bank is evil, they try to drive you insane any way they can. make an account and find out if you're a glutton for punishment. I can guarantee if you are a working stiff barely scraping by this bank hates you with malice and vitriol.
In March this app was updated. Since that update I have had multiple problems with the app. Transfers of money between accounts frequently do not work and the app is very slow.

terrible experience. I kept trying to sign on and it kept saying I didn't have the right password and I know I did. after 2 hours I finally called the bank and the bank said oh maybe it's not hooked up to my internet or blah blah blah I checked all those things and all of them are working I desperately need to print and order from eBay that a customer made for one of my items I need to get it mailed but I can't get my I can't get into US Bank to pay for the USPS postage. I need help bad
The expense and cash flow program within the mobile app is very unstable. Editing categories will cause the app to crash. I had to clear the cache and sign back in over and over again to finish my customization.
