U.S. Bank has been holding my money since December 8, 2025, with no proper resolution or clear communication. I’ve spent countless hours calling customer service, being transferred around, and getting different answers every time. For a bank to keep a customer’s funds tied up this long is unacceptable and has caused serious financial stress. I expected accountability and professionalism, but instead I’ve been ignored and left without answers. DO NOT OPEN BUSINESS ACCOUNT HERE. AWFUL
Don't trust this app with mobile deposits! Money never made it to my account and no notification was ever sent as to the reasoning.
quite a bad user interface - a prominent button that says transfers actually goes to an ai agent with a transfers question preloaded?!?!
its worked great until about 2 weeks ago when now i cant even log in at all
