as the other viewers say i can't believe how many adverts are affecting the programmes i was really looking forward to watching the Bill but have given up its 5 adverts then 9 talk about overkill so I have stopped watching there has to be some common sense

Very rare that this app will connect with anything, but great if you want to watch adverts over and over again on your phone
useles, resume means "watch from the begining" including all sets of 9/10 adverds. and breaks up after 2 min of watching and again 10 adverds and after geting to the point it droped - need to watch another set of 10 adverds again.

Started watching old episodes of the Bill from the very beginning, I was really enjoying it, until I realised there's loads of episodes missing, I was watching season 18 episode 20, then the next episode was episode 23! I'd much rather they not bother having any episodes than leaving loads of episodes out! On top of annoying ads at the most stupid times during the broadcast makes this a virtually un usable app!
Six minutes into a program and 10 adverts!! During the whole program there were 36 adverts 😂😂. It was only 45 minutes long 😂 . Needless to say already uninstalled! What an absolute joke!

I understand the need for ads, although the volume of ads is unreasonable. I just play a game on my tablet,so I can ignore ada. I purposely set my personalized ads to stuff not relevant to me,that way there's zero chance I will buy anything advertised to me.
can't add programmes to favourites, the heart doesn't work. does not save programmes in continue watching. app feels cheap

The only way to edit continue watching list is by using the app. So I installed the app and have edited my list. I will now uninstall it as I would rather stream on my smart TV which I can't edit the continue watching list.

Terrible, always buffering or crashing with 'something went wrong' yet no problem watching another streaming service instead. Will only show upside down, so can't chose phone orientation. Constant volume changes.

started with a few, don't mind that, then next was , 1 of 10, then had enough . Just getting into the final part of a good story and another 7 pop up, very dissapointed, will wait to wat on the big screen.
Useless app when on the move, it doesn't offer a download option and any drop in mobile signal causes the app to stop streaming. When you resume it plays 2 mins of adverts before rewinding too far so you have to fast forward at which point it plays another block of ads. I've now given up trying to watch anything. It's funny how the app can stream dozens of ads but can't manage more than a few minutes of a program, someone has more interest in ad revenue than the programs...
Dreadful streaming service, lots of ads as others have mentioned but the worst thing is the jumping mid episode to next episode or in some cases jumps 4 episodes! If I was rewatching a series previously watched I could kinda understand though still annoying, but the fact is it just jumps randomly, it does when this streaming via mobile and when watching via Sky. The issue needs to be fixed, there is some great content but sadly I can no longer be bothered with the hassle.

Awful streaming experience. With the app constantly buffering. Also U is owned by the BBC and I already pay for a TV licence. Why should I suffer all this rubbish advertising?
