An absolute joke of a company. After nearly 3 years I'm suspected of some fraud activity and I can't take out the hundreds of dollars that I worked extremely hard for! Dashing will be the way and so far a better experience. I will be filing a complaint to the better business bureau

Disappointed for not getting rental booking
I informed coders and developers multiple times about this bug, and absolutely nothing has been done. Either they don't read reviews, or simply don't care. When the delivery involves handed to customer. Are we supposed to ask the customer to pose for a picture? Why not have a button option saying [handed to customer] with comments under that. I could add this feature in Ten minutes using Kotlin or JS with Claude code. I guess they're more interested in creating animations at the end of delivery.

I have Spina bifida. I asked this company once again to remove uberX from my account. They finally did. Then they finally set me up in Florida where I live for Ubereats. Started making good money again and no more harassment for UberX rides in trip radar pings and popup reservation requests. Tonight these people reinstated uberX against my will behind my back after a week with almost no offers. I deleted my entire account. Evil company
Uber straight lies in saying they allow drivers to be independant and instead uses threats of taking away earned rewards in an attempt to coerce drivers into accepting the garbage fares they attempt to underpay drivers with. They straight up lie about driver's scores and acceptance rates trying to force drivers to quit because they DO NOT care at all about their drivers. They also steal drivers tips, this app should be removed and not used by anyone because the company is a scam.
the Uber app for driver sucks because the GPS sends you the longer routes and it glitches like 4 times out of the month

As an Uber driver, I feel extremely disappointed with the level of commission being taken from drivers. Passengers are paying £20+ for journeys while drivers are sometimes receiving barely half of that amount after deductions. We are the ones spending long hours on the road, paying for fuel, insurance, vehicle maintenance, licences, and dealing with daily stress and risks. Taking 45-50% from drivers is unfair and is making many drivers financially desperate. Drivers deserve more transparency,

you want to pay me $3 for 30min worth of driving when gas is $5 a gallon? You're going to penalize me for denying trips that would involve me not only earning nothing but actually spending in gas to complete it...? You want to not compensate me for tolls that you route me through? I was able to turn toll roads off by using Google maps instead... still longer than the original route that doesn’t compensate properly. 16.5 for flat rate promotions is not enough for me. THATS 10 DOLLARS AN HOUR!!!!
Insane fees for black and black suv, they charge 45% of trip. Driver left with 1k insurance per month 1k Gas per month 1k state fees per year plus repairs and cost of replacing the car every 5 years Driver end up making 15 to 20% of a trip

They deactivated my account for no reason. I log in to view the reasoning, and there was no explanation. I'm go to website "checkr" and find out they failed my background check for a issue over 2 years old that was a minor traffic fine that was paid for and resolved. They claimed to have reached out to inform me of it but that never happened. I then obtain proof that I did not commit any crimes and the 2 year old MINOR traffic violation was paid for IN FULL and the case was dismissed. I am ANGRY

constant updates for nothing is fixed. ride matching is a joke. either offer the driver a ride or don't. stop this matching nonsense that never matches anything.
The wages are very low consistently get rides offered for 30miles for 15 dollars. The driver has to get back. The app keeps having popups at app entry for packages when i don't deliver packages. Now im getting popup saying next ride recording. I cant stop it from popping up, i looked and talked to support doesn't look like my rides are being recorded. I don't want anything recording on my device. Uber needs to do better on easibility of using the app!
