WORST delivery/ride share services I've ever received. the price the quote and the grand total doesn't match up at the end of it. Restaurants accept orders and payment then an hour later say their closed. HORRIBLE service, if ya ask me. they shouldn't have accepted my order if they didn't plan on honoring it. then to top it off. the total amount n tip didn't match what was refunded to me either. Every time I bring it to their attention. Can't get a straight answer. Canceling!!!!!

9/10 times everything is as intended. but the rare situation you have a problem customer service is hassle to deal with. had to reach out 3 times to get two items refuned(1. shrimp still had the poop line, 2. bug found).
I used to be able to choose a language different from device settings. now it forces me to change my device language which causes great trouble. why do you have to tie an app language to the device language? 😡😡😡

Also this Aritra person in support is the worst customer agent ever. Doordash is the way.
Was placing an order, then a windows popped up and I tapped something in the pop-up window accidentally, without even noticing the content. Then the pop-up window became blank and the price increased. used the app to communicate and requested a refund of the diffy, the operator (not sure if AI or human being) just explained what's included in the final price and ignored my request completely. terrible experience.
It is my opinion that they steal their drivers tips.
!!!OFFERS ARE A SCAM!!! After buying Uber One, and enjoying the comfort of meals delivered for a good while, I came across a solid deal. Buy one get one free mixed plate at a local Hawaiin place, only, one of two showed up. I contacted Uber support about this and talked to mutiple agents to no avail. It seems Uber Eats support agents would rather die on the hill of false advertising than look after valued members who pay for the monthly membership, so, goodbye Uber.
The customer service was extremely disappointing. I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address and contacted the driver before delivery. He asked me to send the correct address and said he would contact customer support. I waited, but the order was marked as delivered. We drove to the incorrect address, but the food wasn't there. Customer support refused to help or refund me, blamed my mistake for wrong address, and ended the chat without investigating or resolving the issue.

its a rip off, orders are wrong and you pay an extremely large mark up. I ordered a combo from burgers and shakes, ended up being 50$ didn't get my fries or drink and all they gave me 2$ Uber credit? how is that fair? I will not be using this service ever again.

Don't support them. They make the app stack orders so your food sits in a driver's car while they wait for other peoples orders to be cooked then finally deliver your food cold and soggy. Then when you ask for help they say sorry we cant offer a refund for your food that was not up to quality standards. Yea. ok Not only will I get my money back from a charge back you get this review and an uninstall. I encourage everyone to charge back their failed orders.

You MIGHT get your food, and if you do it'll most likely be cold. I wish I could say it only happened to me once but it's been multiple times. Unacceptable
this company is so criminal...they make you pay twice for overpriced food at the end of every month so they can beef up their bank account to collect the interest for the month on money thats not theirs...and they will even make "adjustment" withdrawals to round up to an 102.50 for a 6pc tenders, box of fries and a gravey from Popeyes....down right criminal...never using ever again...and I better have my money back by next week you thieves!!!
Customer support now is non existent. i didnt receive 2 items in my order and i tried to contact customer support. it's been 2 days and still nothing. i will now be using doordash instead.
refuse to refund my order, it was 25 dollar order with all the fees when to 47 dollars for cold food warm soda,no utensils or napkins I requested, and no condiments offer me 8bucks to reorder not now or ever I want my money back you can come get your order I hate cold,dry fries and warm soda and talking about a credit I would have to add real money just use..no deal and I don't see the credit ither.
Uber Eats Netherlands is useless. Why should I use a service who has not Customer Service, you cannot rate the restaurants in the app, you cannot leave reviews in the app for the services and the food received from the restaurant.
Do not use! Ordered KFC & paid extra for premium delivery. I was notified a driver was collecting it - showed on the map - and then the job was "dropped". Had to wait for another driver to take the job. When he arrived, he had the wrong order - it was for someone who ordered through Deliveroo!!! Gave it back to him to be told "they are very busy. I'll go back". That was over an hour ago. No sign of the food. No communication from the driver. Tried calling him but won't go through. Avoid!!!!!

The app refused to let me pay with a credit card - it 'successfully added' the payment method but repeatedly didn't update the list of payment methods forcing me to pay using Paypal.

Tragiczna obsługa klienta. Jeśli coś pójdzie nie tak z orderem to zapomnij, że dostaniesz jakiś zwrot. Zamiast człowieka spotykasz durne AI I ciężko napisać co się stało z orderem. Mnie wmanewrowali w jakąś głupią ścieżkę i dostałem jakiś śmieszny zwrot 3 zł za brak połowy zamówienia wartego 200 zł. Właśnie odinstalowuję waszą apkę. Udławcie się. Nie pozdrawiam.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order and it was routed to a store that was 40 minutes from me. I canceled the order within seconds but was still charged the full amount for the order. I talked to customer service and was told that in the 3 seconds it took to cancel my food was already prepared. Unacceptable Service.

Pretty convenient, drivers are quick and efficient, however I dont know if this is just me but when I purchase something its one price and it'll be the one I agreed to. Then an hour later that price will suddenly change and double! It is very annoying and it feels like my money is being wasted.
The search sucks, all prices are marked up even with "free delivery fee" Uber One, and it's super laggy.
While the app works, you will have no issues. But when there are issues, ans there will be issues, you will end up chatting with an AI bot that don't give a dam about customer service and satisfaction. I'm unistalling this app.
You are already making a ton of money, is it really necessary to litter this already cluttered interface with a ton of ads?
