Uninstalling this lying app now. Toarminos pizza is buy one get one free went through all the BS and the total reflected the cost of two pizzas not one. Wasting the time of hungry people will get you banned every time.

Terrible customer service, bill is unclear before submitting, expensive for simple delivery service. Delivery fees for drivers starting at 99 cents is ridiculous, shows how much they care about their drivers. Money hungry organization.
Total rip off. always a mess. no way to get help. honestly I tried but this is my last order. and installing something else. you guys blow, don't care about people, and are dishonest. hope your company folds
780% mark up WITH "discounted" fees? Who is paying for this? this is a blatant scam.
I don't give reviews at all. But the fact I'm here giving a 1 star review says something. I cancelled an order but you still took my money. I don't have any money to spare and I don't make a lot. I want my money back. 40 dollars down the drain. Edit for May 2026, you charged me 23 dollars out of nowhere. Then just today just took a dollar. wth.

uber eats drivers are not as dependable as Doordarshan. fyi...I have had 3 order in the last 2 months that did not arrive or took over an hour 2 arrive.
Got a free year long UberOne membership and deleted the app after 4 orders. Each order Uber changed the total AFTER the delivery was made. I provided screenshots showing that they changed the price and they said that that is how their system is intended to work. According to their own support you are shown an incorrect total at checkout which is then recalculated after you receive your food and you are charged more even if there was no changes to your order. Use ANY competitor, none do this.
just had a horrible experience. you cant even call uber...they have an ai answering system. Just pray they dont get your order wrong.
Iced meal delivered on my door after 1h 30 min . Restaurant 💫very wisely called and said that meal has been prepared and staying in their premises and it's been already cold ! Was already 50min order time. When driver arrived apologized & complained in the same time , that it is not his fault why the order got late, he has many orders to deliver & if i complain to Uber it will come to him...🙈idk!! Uber eats can do much better than this ☀️ Maybe it's new and needs some time to settle here📍

Just been sent an email from Uber saying I'm going to be charged for an Uber One membership which I have never signed up for. Real nice. Just realised there isn't even a support email or anything to contact. Even better. 🙄
I didn't think it would be as hard as it was to place an order.
Ordered food at $85 then noticed an extra charge of $10.98 more. No explanation, and no way of finding out what the charge was for. So disappointed

Had the worst experience ever. This lady just took THREE HOURS for a delivery that should have been 1 hour at max, and they refuse to let me change the tip. NEVER TIP BEFOREHAND, you'll just get shafted by customer service. uninstalled, switching to doordash or another service.

Service and delivery fees are absurdly high, often over 1000 yen combined. This app is not competitive compared to the others.

no accountability and very little support. Order a pricy meal. They delivered the wrong order. I got a refund and ordered again. Restaurant sent the original order to me ICE COLD. Uber eats has no one to talk to and said I am ineligible for a refund. $40 for an ice cold meal.

Been having issues with orders and support is lame on that.
do not use this app. worst app and will loose your money. I ordered food at 805pm and by 910pm 3 drivers had passed up my order so I called the restaurant and they said they didn't have it. I asked for a refund and would not do it. Will never use again.

It used to be good, but it has gone downhill. They just charged me for something "free" and I wasn't allowed to edit. The best was when I could see they had my food and just hung out in the parking lot until the end of window time, almost an hour later. However you can't take the tip back for terrible service
can't place an order as it won't let me change the time so I have to use another app...just needs an edit button...
2026 May. Just deleted the app. It has gotten far worse. It is a dice roll if you order shows up timely or correct. Plus it's so expensive now. I'm done. Not worth it

Takes away promotions after you open the app. Absolutely terrible. Update: Insanely expensive. Just go pick up your food.

First time using this app, and probably the last. Constantly tries to trick you into signing up for a premium subscription, even mid-order with a sneaky "Continue" button that actually signs you up, almost got me that one. No updates at all after ordering. Food arrived cold. Shows restaurants that are closed and doesn't tell you until you try to checkout. Tempted me in with 50% off and then charged me full price! I could go on. Just utterly abysmal all round.

The support for uber eats is TERRIBLE. I tried contacting support for refund but, all they have is a chat bot that answers pre-loaded questions, so If your inquiry isn't popular you're out of luck.
