Fix the back button behavior! Basically no matter what screen I'm on if I hit the back button the app is closed and then I need to start over from the beginning. Brings back memories from 2012 and the website wrapper apps off that era.

Very bad service in Japan. With Pixel 10 I get horrible service, constantly drops, almost useless. Will not use again.

I have not been able to connect whist in South Korea to my package. I have attempted to contact you and received no response, so had to access a E Sim from another provider. This has left me £31 out of pocket for the package I bought with you in March 2026. I will not be using you again, or recommending you.
i accidentally deleted my e-sim. now i can't add it back. i contacted their support and it was no help at all. it was an AI agent was not helpful at all.

Very often no or poor reception in many countries. Customer support sucks. They won't respond to request for support. Ubigo just awaits the plan to finish and takes no responsibillty whatsoever for the failure.
firstly internet speed is really slow compare to competition. It's barely 4g, let alone 5g. secondly my connection dropped after a week and no support to get it back. my money is gone
Expensive, I found much less expensive deals despite the fact that they know I'm a tourist. also, other apps offers a better deals.
having very hard time in connecting. most of the time are OFFLINE.
they cancelled my 30 day asia unlimited plan early and when i tried to resolve the issue via their email customer service i got an ai telling me to buy another esim. on top of that the unlimited plan seems to have a very low limit before throttling your data speeds. i paid $66 usd for this plan so you would hope for a better service in my opinion. edit: apparently i hit a data limit on an unlimited plan on the fourth week 28 days vs 30(advertised)
useless does not connect or work
worst app I have ever tried to use, spent 2 days trying to set it up and it just wasn't working, then randomly once I get it working, 3 days later it just decides to stop working again

A terrible esim app, where you have to create a new email address for every device you want to put a different esim on. I had three devices I wanted to use esims on, but it's fine now, I've deleted my account and will use someone else.
Worked well in USA. Not working at all in India. Wasted too much time and money on this.
no good all numbers used by other people in other countries be careful out someone might be logged into your accounts after you've signed up

I'm in Nicaragua now and it's not working. It's working on my daughter's phone which is older. Seems to be no way to contact customer service. I ended up paying far a Saily esim that's working fine.
Despite disconnecting and putting the closure request and also receiving confirmation, My credit card was charged for their monthly rental plan of 19 dollars for 5 GB Global. and this happened for the month of January and february 2026.

Halfway through my trip Ubigi stopped working. I tried to troubleshoot. I did not get satisfactory help from customer service. Not reliable in Europe. Customer service referred me to the internet to troubleshoot but you can only do this a few times If it's still not working there needs to be another process.
Africa plan is super slow in South Sudan and doesn't work in other African countries. Would not recommend at all
absolutely useless. I specifically bought their SEA package since they have 4G in Laos, it's a lie, I had no Internet today travelling fem Nateuy to Huay Xai. How can you claim that you have 4G? Outrageous...
