referred friend and also my wife phone but neither would connect even after signing up and paid subscription very poor won't use ever again

I personally had the worst experience with ubigi. I have used e-sims before but this one just did not setup as easily. I spent three days without data, going back and forth with their tech team to get it setup. In the meantime I'm struggling to find my accommodation and having to bounce around wifi locations. Then after it's finally set up the app barely loads and never works. I'm trying to monitor my data usage and unable to do so, it's great not knowing when data might run out. AVOID Ubigi
It's telling me I got 5G but the connection is more than bad... Not very happy with it. Will change to another provider!

during the last shortage incident, I lost my trust to them. confirmed that the issue was resolved but the next day it repeat itself and I sucked, lost my connection and had to pay additional fee for another subscription. I can not recommend.

I contacted support four times, only to be trapped in an endless loop of AI deflection. Despite providing my email four times as requested, I have received zero follow-up or resolution. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. To have no human oversight for a paid service is a failure of basic accountability. Avoid.
I would not use Ubigi again except for the discount code they granted me to make up for a multi-hour outage. They provided no in app or email notification regarding the outage. I deleted the esim in frustration and disgust and they make it impossible to re-download the esim or contact them for support. there are many competitors in this space and I am not impressed.
Constant disconnections. was without mobile data for half a day. not ideal when navigating a foreign country
Unable to connect when landed in Japan, total waste of time and money.
did not receive QR-code for activating the eSim and no email, chat or communication received an answer and none of their troubleshooting steps worked. my friend received a QR-code for activating but she still couldn't activate her eSim. Similarly for her, no answer on chat/email and troubleshooting did not work
The esim is not working properly in China, I can't rely on it. 8 out of 10 times is not working.

Great When It's Working But Started Losing Signal at Tokyo DisneySea..We had to try and remember where we at going back. My phone was basically a brick. I was gonna switch with my phone carrier but I was offline. Went to Ubigi dashboard and it keeps saying error.

Terrible. Unlimited seems not. Just use about 5GB, the network stop working. Please don't buy it.

I signed up with ubigi for my travels in Japan. The service seems fine but the app is terrible. The app does not let me sign up. Therefore, I can't even see how much data I have used which is a big deal for me. I won't be using ubigi again.
they are charging me $45 a month and not letting me cancel subscription, for a service that doesn't work. their email was automatically replying with AI saying I can't cancel, I'm going to have to call my bank and report merchant fraud now as what they're doing is illegal
I have used many esims and this is by far the worst I have used. it was recommended by influencers for use in Japan they must have been heavily paid. It has left me high and dry in the worst times blocking access to my email when I need tickets and then disabling my messenger when separated from my group in crowded streets why my friends using Saily have had no issues! I cannot warn against it more I may be contacting my credit card to see what they can do for me.
Scam. Bought $65 for a month in data in Japan, they told me it is active, but its not. If you're in a hurry, dont rely on this company. Also no method to reach them and their app only works with data.

stated that it cannot be used on Jeep Compass 2023 got in touch with Jeep they say it can but Ubigi website state's it can't very confusing but according to the app it has loaded so who is right???
we are constantly losing internet connection for no reason at all. definitely an unreliable company. Right now both me and my partner have lost access for hours and even after following every troubleshooting we can't get it back
