Unable to purchase anything on your app after update. kindly look into it. Not even able to initiate any sort of transaction in the first place.
The app is literally has the worst UI, you don't get everything very easily. Infact you have to take out time just to understand the app. They have removed the simplicity and created nightmare. With the new update, it's total another level of ui dark pattern. forcing you to take your where you don't want to go. doing everything except what you wish. Horribly high amounts of session timeout that makes you pull your hair out. Keep going !!!!

Worst app ever. cant even load a video on 250 mbps connection. I bought yearly membership and I am getting ads which surprisingly loads perfectly. Their videos never load.
I recently bought a course of "The Complete US Medical Billing & Coding Course- 2025" and I was even charged for the course, but then the notification on my phone app showed that there was a problem with the purchase and I didn't get the course. my amount has been deducted and I've not received the course.

what's up with all the ads at the beginning of each course? are you offering all the courses free of charge then?
Recently the app and the web version have a lot of technical issues, the content is getting stuck, not responsive, the audio problems and Etc.
The courses are great! However I would recommend that you take into consideration that there are adds being played before every lesson, even if you have paid for the annual subscription. It makes it hard to focus on the lesson for a continuous learning experience, since the adds are frequent, loud and you have to stop what you are doing to skip the add.
this app has a bug that has never been fixed for years. when I open up this app, screen display gives complete shattered display. and there is no a proper bug report section for this app. Terrible.
unable to download courses
I don't know how the development and testing is conducted though after download the video it requires internet to play the video. I felt it's a result of vibe coding and vibe testing. Apart from being SDE if the video is getting downloaded the it should play during offline as well. Before asking to raise a ticket assign your testing team to do the test as the details has been shared over here. Consider it's a ticket.
the app just refuses to load any lectures every now and then and it has now successfully interrupted what could be productive sessions from my time and money and greatly discouraged me from trusting this platform any further. any support from this company seems like a distant dream. way too frustrating as a regular learner on the app. honestly I don't know what to do at this point!? I could've invested the money somewhere else, will I even get a refund???
the next video of my course is not playing, its just keep on loading irrespective of wifi connection or the laptop or mobile phone. it has happened in previous videos, but this time its stuck

the shittest app ever (I'm not talking about the courses' creators). My downloaded courses simply don't play, I mean, if they're downloaded why even bother trying to load 'em with internet?
Don’t buy or subscribe to this app. Videos fail to play most of the time, but ads load perfectly before every video, which is just ridiculous. I paid for an annual subscription and still get forced ads constantly.. what am I even paying for? On top of that, courses are shown as "included" to the plan before i login, but once I log in, the course isn't included in plan and it needs extra payment. This is misleading and feels like a scam. Worst learning experience

Very poor experience. Udemy’s prices seem to change constantly, sometimes minute to minute. Courses appeared to be included with the subscription, but after I paid for a full year, some required separate purchases. Support is mostly AI chat or email at their convenience. Refunds for subscriptions appear to be offered only where required by law. Very disappointing and feels misleading.

i'm losing focus after every video due to ads, also I paid for the subscription, I didn't pay to watch ads. that is the end game for me, no more udemy

I have purchased more than a couple of courses on udemy, but I'm unable to view my course because the player keeps saying that it's unable to play the video and that I should try to access using my computer why should I have to do that!? heck I even spent half an hour and downloaded like half the course to watch offline later. please fix it and if not, then refund immediately!😑

Constant ads in-between videos - consistently breaks focus. You can select a video multiple times and it will still force the ad on you every single time. The ads are LOUD and if youre wearing earbuds its jarring. I usually go to Udemy but this is the end for me.
CANNOT CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. My classes disappeared and all i get is a runaround to try to talk to someone about it. SO FRUSTRATING.
Most of the time videos cannot be played in Galaxy s24 ultra, an error says "We were unable to play a video. If problem persists, please try to access this lecture from your computer"

Recent updates have introduced ads before previewing the course videos. The ad loads up faster than the actual videos and after skipping them, the course videos don't play no matter how much better your internet is. I'm uninstalling this now.

Very Disappointed by Udemy. Took one month subscription. Money deducted instantly from my bank account. Its been 1 week since purchasing. But Subscription still not reflecting in my udemy account. Not able to open any course either. 1 week already wasted. Total Waste of money. Udemy should provide me full Refund.
The app spins and does nothing when uses try to log in.
I hate these new ads. Also, previewing the course doesn't work - never plays on a Pixel 10. The ads play fine though :/ Edit: One of the ads I just got was for a religious cult. Big yikes. Also maybe worth noting, I'm not taking free courses, and I'm a subscription member, so I am paying AND seeing these ads.
very bad application, many bugs
Great content but the ads are ridiculous. Literally, after every video, even purchased courses, there is an ad. They're annoying and incredibly obtrusive. It cheapens the whole experience. It looks like someone hijacked the app because the number of ads is so ridiculous.
if a quiz has 15 questions I can only answer 10 on phone . Then I have to go to my pc to actually give all 15 questions
No downloads access, it says 30 days even the things downloaded 1 min ago and do access. worst for offline study

This app is a scam. it includes newly added courses if you purchase subscription along with that new course but doesn't add that course to already existing subscription. what a waste? why should we buy subscription if we should keep purchasing the needed courses? recently seeing annoying advertisements for each lesson. I will not renew my subscription.You have become a pathetic company, playing ads and not allowing to even preview the course videos? Your downfall is near.
why do I still see ads eventhough I've subscribed to personal plan??
The new personal plan is amazing for anyone looking to learn new skills and not break the bank. It's the equivalent of having a gym membership for you brain. Loving this platform. Update: there are way too many ads. Even after paying for a course and having their personal plan you get an ad after EVERY SINGLE Lesson. I can't take it anymore. I would much rather be charged more, than have my learning experience interrupted time and time again.
Downloads are throwing errors while playing offline.. Please fix these .. Sometimes it shows its 30d old even though freshly downloaded.. sometimes it shows to watch on the computer! Previously it was working properly! this is happening after Coursera's ownership announcement happened!
