always annoying to use. doesn't sync across devices so you sometimes watch the same lessons twice if you don't realize it. can't remove something from the continue watching list. nobody has updated the ux since 2015.
waste app . I have purchased a course for rs 399 . then they deleted the course without any refund . it is better to do bank robbery udemy
Why is this courses have Ads now? I already have subscription and the Ads still showing anywhere... it is really annoying
The login process is a nightmare and obsolete. How is that on the website I can use a 6-digit code, but in the app I need the password? I'm asking it, because I was logged out saying my session has expired and I couldn't log back in, because my password which is the correct one, is wrong. I requested a password reset, but I haven't received the email to do so.

Most of the instructors are foreigners and have heavy accents making it incredibly difficult to understand. This makes the learning experience nearly impossible. I'm not sure how the below response and recommendation of going to the help center is going to miraculously fix the accents.
4 days ago, I got an app update. Haven't been able to log on since. This is not the 1st time this has happened
Another company letting greed destroy what made it great. This was once a wonderful learning platform where I've spent a lot of time and money on courses. I am furious that Udemy has the audacity to now force ads onto content I've paid for. They can go pound sand. App uninstalled.
More ads than on YouTube... Are you serious? With a subscription? Nope.
I paid for my course and still see adds after every video. My course has 40 small videos. it's incredibly frustrating. I see more adds than actual leaning content. Regret spending my money.

Nós pagamos pelos cursos e mesmo assim eles ficam colocando anúncio o tempo inteiro. Em cursos com vídeos curtos a cada intervalo surge um anúncio. Experiência horrível.
why I am seeing adds in my account in between my course.? that too of movies,games,instagram. it is distracting.
My god is the UI bad. especially if you playing Downloaded videos. Pauses randomly. The video Time stamp stops at 0 even if video is playing. does not mark the finished video as finished.

Doesn't work, doesn't stream lectures
when I am using udemy on my laptop the video is getting stopped again and again and it is showing " that we tried several time to play your video but there was an unforseen error. we have notified our engineers" . It has been more than 5 days and i am still facing this problem.
can't even set up Autopay stuck in 5 min loop
I downloaded Udemy on two of my phones and searched for the same course, Java, in both. In one, the Java course is showing for Rs 500 and in this phone, it is showing for Rs 4000, although everything is the same.
This is the most useless and frustrating app I have ever seen, I can't open the app or access my courses. What is actually wrong with you people, fix this so that I can continue with my learning. This is very frustrating. Work on your app. Don't install this app unless it is fixed or you will regret it.
the vedios gets stuck. not able to study.. checked on web browser as well uaing computer, still same issue.. if udemy does not fix this then its of no use to have udemy subscription..
I didn't know this app was a joke, just wasted my money on subscription, I was able to watch preview before I subscribe, I have subscribe nothing is loading on app, can't watch video(course), the app is acting like I don't have data, when I go on other app, they work, the internet works but on Udemy App, you guys know what you are doing cause there's no way, you have the best programmer for this excuse, and I never read the reviews before subscribing, I wouldn't have if I saw all these comments

I have bought a course and it got removed. Now I am not able to get refund. I have tried to create a refund request but it is telling me that I have accessed too much of the course to get the refund. But actually I have not completed the course yet not even 50%. And also the course is of lifetime but it was removed. so basically ai have lost my money. There isn't any customer care contact number. Missing important features on app. Why can I only do messages on desktop?
I bought a Spanish course and a few other courses. The Spanish course simply stopped working after a few weeks. The videos simply dont play. All the other courses are still playing. I'm getting a message saying "We were unable to play the video. If the problem persists, please try access this lecture from your computer". I study using my Samsung tablet, not computer. Can you fix that please? I really like Udemy and I will get the 5 stars back when this is fixed. Thanks.
Please add a proper support on tab view or fold phone view, with menu on side bar, i have to use the space like a normal phone as i have to click the documents and it goes to another view, but instead it should be on the side and content loaded in the other side
