The audio Simply didn't work. I had the buy the guide in the museum. I think that a refund would be the minimum. Useless

Very poorly done. Have to buy each tour. Tours are narrated by what sounds like a computer generated voice. At least half of the narrations are incomplete and abruptly stop in the middle. No way to navigate to different parts of the tour, so you can't skip things, go back or jump forward. Text has grammatical errors like it was poorly translated from some other language. Really sorry I spent money in this app. It definitely made my experience in the museum worse.

I bought the "A day at the Uffizi Gallery". It was exactly as described by someone here before, the voice was somewhat robotic and was therefore pretty hard to follow in this busy and therefore noisy environment. I regret I didn't just rent an audioguide. Because I think this app has a lot of potential to resemble a normal guide (with navigation) I gave this 2 stars instead of 1.
