When you download the app it takes too long the included images should be part of the download and need to be connected to do anything.

Took the money for premium version, never opened the access. Unbelievable.
Where the audio is available, it's useful but we had a paid version of the app and it still doesn't cover a lot. Many of the audio files cut out without proper endings. You'd be far better of renting the audio tour.
Now the've made everything "premium", AKA you gotta pay.
Outdated Informations and buggy app, useless
Difficult to use, map does not correspond to reality
Inside the museum there is a poor signal connection and no wifi. When internet was working, the scanner to check paintings did not work. I payed the upgraded version and it was totally useless. The app what crushed the whole time when I try to play an audio, even when audios where downloaded. I do not recommend.
Bad. Scan does not work, maybe lack of connectivity? In fact, I could not bring anything in this app to work.
Paid for the premium version, and it does not work. No map, no audio guide. There are about 25 descriptions, but you cannot search by the audio guide numbers. The image recognition feature does not work.
I guess if you are looking for a app that gives you basic info about particular pieces of art, Uffizi Gallery might do the trick. But as a tool for planning a visit, it's absolutely useless. The filtering funktionaliry is broken. After adding multiple favorites, I discovered to my dismay that they somehow disappeared. There is no floor plan. Each entry doesn't provide info on which room it's located. The list goes on. Googling stuff yields more useful info than the app.
really really bad. we downloaded it in house and when we arrived to the museum an we used it, ask us to download extra data. as we havent europe sim we cant use the app and we need to bought the audioguide here... really lose of time. we use.other app to visit florence and was an error havent the same. this app is like rubbish

The official audio tour (€6) doesn't seem to work that well either, so get yourself a guide if you're really keen.
Not worth paying for it. Not up to date (items were not there anymore). Very limited items do have a recording about them and some descriptions are minimal.
Don't even think to install! This is a joke app. They will show you a room number and what is in the room and ask for money. You may see it at a room your self. Map is only useful thing 😕
Missing a very large amount of the pieces with audio available I recommend just getting the in premise audio guide for 5 euro
App only covers 5% of the items in the gallery. Maybe less than 5%. Even with the premium version. Do yourself a favour and pay 6 euro for the audio guide when you get to the museum.
Many arts introduction are not included even after purchase. Cannot play in background. Better integrate it with internal number lookup system so can quickly locate the audio guide.
